The videos also show that undercover officers scaled barricades to urge protesters toward the Capitol Building. Four plainclothed men dressed in plainclothes and armed with MPD officers stopped the four men who were claiming to be law enforcement agents. Another video shows an unidentified man standing behind Ashlibabbitt, who was killed by Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd. Officer 1, who was filming the event, joined the crowd and sang along with them. &#8220;Drain the swamp!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span>After a group of men ran past the officers toward the Capitol, Officer 2 \u2014 <\/span><em>Who was wearing a Trump beanie<\/em><span> \u2014 commented, &#8220;Those guys are getting shot,&#8221; According to the motion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Officer 1 joined the crowd and began to chant. &#8220;Whose house? Guys, let&#8217;s keep the march going.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>One video featured uniformed officers explaining how to spot nonuniform police officers working on the Capitol Riots.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dark hair, black vest, thin blue line, thing on, dark hair,&#8221; The officer stated. &#8220;And he&#8217;s got like, it looked like a little 27 or something on his hip. No police identification on him at all.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They will have a wristband,&#8221; He concluded. &#8220;Their guns will have a candy stripe on the barrel. Okay. One of them was engaging in an animated conversation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They set us the [expletive] up,&#8221; The officer stated. &#8220;That&#8217;s what they did. They set us up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They set up [Unit] 64, absolutely, and then they ask you all to come two hours later. They set us up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lazewski stated, &#8220;They needed everybody right away,&#8221; To which the other officer replied. &#8220;Nah, right away, they set us the [expletive] up. We ain&#8217;t got [expletive].&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t realize how bad \u2026 they set us up to fail,&#8221; Lazewski made a comment at one point.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They did,&#8221; The other officer answered.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There was no way we were winning that,&#8221; Lazewski spoke. &#8220;Now you&#8217;ve got at least four platoons that are just gassed out.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span>Pope had previously reported on Ray Epps. He pointed out that although several protesters who had pulled a Trump 2020 sign into the police were charged, Epps has so far avoided all charges. This is despite evidence that Epps was. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/beckernews.com\/new-epps-49180\/\" rel=\"\">Inciting others to do the same.<\/a><span> An insurrection occurred the night before January 6. Epps pulled the sign as it came in contact with police. He then pointed at others to push it forward into police. Enrique Tarrio&#8217;s case is an example of this. &#8220;Proud Boy&#8221; A leader with a history of being an FBI informant.<\/p>\n<p><span>Tarrio and his four co-defendants are the focus of federal government&#8217;s case against Tarrio.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/s3.documentcloud.org\/documents\/22060772\/1776returns.pdf\" rel=\"\">1776 Returns<\/a><span>&#8220;That allegedly outlines how the Proud Boys intended for the Capitol to be visited on January 6, with the explicit intention to overturn the election.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"captioned-image-container\">\n<figure><a class=\"image-link is-viewable-img image2\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/substackcdn.com\/image\/fetch\/f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep\/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2F30235d89-ebcf-400e-881e-c2027d3efb98_1024x953.jpeg\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"image2-inset\"><source type=\"image\/webp\" \/><img src width=\"1024\" height=\"953\" data-attrs=\"{\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"image-link-expand\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tarrio&#8217;s girlfriend discovered the document, and it bears the hallmarks that it was originating from the intelligence community.<\/p>\n<p><span>Julie Kelly, American Greatness&#8217; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/amgreatness.com\/2023\/02\/14\/did-a-government-intel-asset-plant-key-evidence-in-proud-boys-case\/\" rel=\"\">reported<\/a><span>, &#8220;In two separate criminal indictments, prosecutors explained how the document ended up in the hands of Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;On December 30, 2020 [an unnamed] individual sent Tarrio a document\u2014[that] set forth a plan to occupy a few \u2018crucial buildings&#8217; in Washington, D.C. on January 6, including House and Senate buildings around the Capitol, with \u2018as many people as possible&#8217; to \u2018show our politicians We the People are in charge,'&#8221; The report provides more information.<\/p>\n<p>A motion that was filed in mid-February refutes the Justice Department\u2019s claim that the document was used as a guide for the Proud Boy\u2019s conduct on January 6.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It appears that the government itself is the author of the most incriminating and damning document in this case, which was mysteriously sent at government request to Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio immediately prior to January 6 in order to frame or implicate Tarrio in a government created scheme to storm buildings around the Capitol,&#8221; Roger Roots, Dominic Pezzola&#8217;s attorney, filed a motion for a mistrial. &#8220;As such, [the document] and the government&#8217;s efforts to frame or smear defendants with it, constitutes outrageous government conduct.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Armes is a Florida-based cryptocurrency trader and has significant ties with the U.S. intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Armes told the January 6 select committee last year that he has worked for the State Department and Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa,&#8221; Kelly points this out.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A lot of the work that I did for the government was in counterthreat finance or regulatory environments around crypto,&#8221; He testified.<\/p>\n<p>Armes was enrolled at a program that prepares graduates for a career as intelligence workers. Armes stated to House investigators that he was &#8220;groomed to be in the CIA, FBI, or any intel agencies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span>According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/amgreatness.com\/2023\/02\/17\/judge-tim-kellys-court-of-contempt\/\" rel=\"\">Further reports<\/a><span>An attorney for the defense suggested that Proud Boys was worked by as many 15 federal informants. Much of this information is still sealed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For the untrained eye, the January 6th protest may have appeared to be a spontaneous demonstration that led to chaos.
