We take this situation very seriously.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is important to me that CNN balances accountability with a fostering a culture in which people can own, learn and grow from their mistakes,&#8221; Licht said that Licht was revealing the following: &#8220;to that end, Don will return to CNN This Morning on Wednesday.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>Lemon spoke on Thursday&#8217;s episode when the conversation turned towards age in politics.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nikki Haley isn&#8217;t in her prime, sorry,&#8221; Lemon. &#8220;When a woman is considered to be in her prime in her 20s, and 30s, and maybe 40s.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Prime for what?&#8221; Poppy Harlow was the cohost.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It depends,&#8221; He continued. &#8220;If you Google &#8216;when is a woman in her prime,&#8217; it will say 20s, 30s, and 40s. I don&#8217;t\u2013 I&#8217;m not saying I agree with that, so I think she has to be careful about saying that politicians aren&#8217;t in their prime and need to be.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Harlow was critical of Lemon&#8217;s definition of &#8220;Limon&#8221; and he lambasted Lemon. &#8220;prime.&#8221; He later apologized via twitter.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;The reference I made to a woman&#8217;s &#8216;prime&#8217; this morning was inartful and irrelevant,&#8221; He said: &#8220;as colleagues and loved ones have pointed out, and I regret it. A woman&#8217;s age doesn&#8217;t define her either personally or professionally. I have countless women in my life who prove that every day.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lemon&#8217;s comments were made in response to Haley who appeared on Fox &#038; Friends Thursday to address the issue of age politics.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When people send someone to Washington, they need to know they&#8217;re at the top of their game,&#8221; She spoke. &#8220;That&#8217;s why I think those competency tests are important.
