Project Veritas&#8217; RC Maxwell stated that O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s role as CEO was actually vacated by the Board.<\/p>\n<p>In an a-href=&#8221;https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/exclusive-leaked-letter-details-james-okeefes-response-following-removal-as-ceo-of-project-veritas&#8221;>exclusive<\/a> O&#8217;Keefe, The Post Millennial Editor at-Large Andy Ngo and O&#8217;Keefe, received a letter asking the board to resign Monday. They refused.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was asked to be gone until the 20th&#8211; it is now the 20th,&#8221; O&#8217;Keefe wrote. &#8220;I asked the board to resign for their conduct&#8211; they did not. So currently, I have no position at PV based on the board&#8217;s actions. So, I&#8217;m announcing to you all that today on President&#8217;s day \u2014 I&#8217;m packing up my personal effects from headquarters, and I&#8217;m intending to start anew.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/prominent-conservatives-speak-out-in-support-of-james-okeefe-after-cancellation-attempt\">Project Veritas<\/a> Dianna Remmers, donor came forward to refute the claims.
