We were on site for the 2023 inaugural\u00a0@DoD_ODEI\u00a0Summit as DEIA experts led forums to advance the DEIA and DoD mission &#8212; because our people matter,&#8221; They said it on Twitter.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>Elon Musk, CEO of Twitter, took the DoD to task because he was focused on skin color. <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-white-house-press-secretary-uses-briefing-to-tell-her-coming-out-story\">Sexual preference<\/a>The gender and age of the employees in this agency. &#8220;Your strategic imperative is defending the United States.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch stated that &#8220;The Left seeks to turn our military into an enforcement arm of the &#8216;Party.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Biden administration seems to be attempting to do exactly that. The administration&#8217;s latest executive order, which was signed last week, stated that all government agencies must adhere to the following: &#8220;advance equity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>Biden says that the goal is to achieve &#8220;establishing equity-focused leaderships across the federal government,&#8221; Directly addresses Secretary of Defense, stating that he and heads of other agencies will be there. &#8220;shall,\u00a0within 30 days of the date of this order, ensure that they have in place an Agency Equity Team within their respective agencies to coordinate the implementation of equity initiatives and ensure that their respective agencies are delivering equitable outcomes for the American people.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The DoD, with their\u00a0DEI\u00a0Summit, is doing exactly as the Commander-in-chief has instructed,\u00a0and it will likely contribute to the collapse of the complex systems on which the United States stands.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Advancing equity,&#8221; As per the definitions provided in the EO. &#8220;advancing the consistent and systematic treatment of all individuals in a fair, just, and impartial manner.&#8221; This EO requires massive staff increases in all agencies that have the mission to achieve this goal. &#8220;equitable outcomes&#8221; For the American people. This is just one of the few dictates Biden unilaterally demanded without Congress&#8217; input.<\/p>\n<p>These agencies and new staff are also required to comply with the EO &#8220;coordinate with the White House Environmental Justice Interagency Council to ensure that equity and environmental justice efforts are consistent and mutually reinforcing&#8221; And &#8221;\u00a0coordinate with the White House Gender Policy Council to align efforts to advance gender equity with broader equity efforts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>DoD has its own. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defense.gov\/News\/News-Stories\/Article\/Article\/2929658\/diversity-equity-inclusion-are-necessities-in-us-military\/\">Diversification: Why diversity matters<\/a>As stated on their website. According to them, the idea is that the skin color and background of a person will indicate what it means. &#8220;more innovative thought, more innovative solutions to incredibly complex and complicated problems that are facing the national security apparatus today.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>There is no reason for us to believe that this will happen. DEI is not a new phenomenon. &#8220;civic religion,&#8221; Jack Posobiec stated on <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/sunday-special-is-diversity-our-strength-with-heather\/id1585243541?i=1000600401014\">Human Events Daily<\/a>Heather McDonald, guest, speaking out against the idea that diversity is Western Civilization&#8217;s greatest virtue.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The greatest virtue of Western civilization is achievement, accomplishment, exploration, the scientific method, constitutional government, none of those things have any inherent relationship to diversity,&#8221; McDonald&#8217;s said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The reason that we keep talking about diversity right now, it&#8217;s a code word. If you if you really want to understand what this discourse is all about, diversity is a code word for racial preferences,&#8221; She stated. Institutions that place diversity as their goal do not implement racial preferences.<\/p>\n<p>Posobiec stated that what we are looking at is the &#8220;collapse of complex systems.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>McDonald&#8217;s stated that the push for diversity is actually leading to &#8220;lowered standards.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You can have diversity, you can have meritocracy. You cannot have both. The reason we&#8217;re talking about diversity is because left to purely meritocratic standards are our top institutions will not be racially proportionate,&#8221; She said.<\/p>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s administration has made it clear that their top priority is diversity, and advancing equity. They aren&#8217;t particularly concerned about the qualifications or means used to achieve this goal. The EO doesn&#8217;t give any guidance on how standards should be maintained as diversity and equity are sought. It simply asks &#8220;equitable outcomes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The DoD continues to work on the same initiatives that were started since Biden&#8217;s election in 2021. In 2022, the\u00a0the senior advisor to the secretary of defense for human capital and diversity, equity and inclusion\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/pentagon-diversity-equity-and-inclusion-should-be-a-part-of-all-military-decisions\"><\/a>\u00a0<span>&#8220;I want people to see [diversity, equity and inclusion] as another tool in the toolkit and another way of solving these problems.\u00a0<\/span><span>It&#8217;s not just something that has to be done because of some type of cultural ideology or culture wars that are going on \u2014 that&#8217;s not the case at all. It is, again, not diversity for diversity&#8217;s sake,&#8221; Garrison stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gad Saad opted for the saracastic answer to the DoD, when he said &#8220;Both the Nazis and Genghis Khan eventually lost their wars because their militaries were not diverse enough. The Chinese army would never dare attack the US if its military has non-binary generals.
