You always served\u00a0me and my family well,\u00a0and I have considered you not only a fine doctor and service member but also a friend,&#8221; Obama sent the email to Jackson.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s why I have to express my disappointment at the cheap shot you took at Joe Biden via Twitter. It was unprofessional and beneath the office that you once held. It was also disrespectful\u00a0to me and the many friends you had in our administration. You were the personal physician to the President of the United States as well as an admiral in the U.S. Navy. It was removed. The president still has stiff gait but it has not worsened over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, Biden still experiences symptoms of gastroesophageal acid reflux. He has to clear his throat more frequently, and he does so after eating. O&#8217;Connor claimed that Biden&#8217;s symptoms of reflux include a clearing of the throat and coughing.<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Connor observed that Biden&#8217;s most important medical event of the past year was his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>upper respiratory<\/u><\/a> COVID-19 infection last summer.
