A new report by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adweek.com\/tvnewser\/saturday-feb-11-scoreboard-dan-bongino-draws-1-66-million-viewers-at-9-pm-no-1-in-primetime\/524095\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Week in Ad<\/a> found that Bongino\u2019s show was the most-watched primetime show in all of cable news.<\/p>\n<p>At 9 p.m. ET, Bongino racked up 1.19 million viewers. Bongino received 1.19 million viewers total in the ET time slot. CNN had 219,000 total viewers, while MSNBC garnered 315,000 viewers. At 8 p.m. ET, Brian Kilmeade, Fox News host, received 1.06 million viewers. Fox News host Brian Kilmeade drew 1.06 million viewers in the 8 p.m. ET slot. CNN has 282,000 viewers, while MSNBC has 282,000.<\/p>\n<p>Bongino is not the only Fox News host that\u2019s dominating the ratings.<\/p>\n<p>Fox News host Greg Gutfeld\u2019s late-night comedy show on the network continues to smash the ratings. A new study on cable news ratings has shown that \u201cGutfeld!\u201d On Tuesday night, 2.2 million viewers were totaled, beating \u201cThe Ingraham Angle,\u201d This was aired right before the show.<\/p>\n<p><span>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<p><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7063311234970495\" data-ad-slot=\"7733319781\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGutfeld! was the 6th highest-rated show overall on cable news in total viewers and the 3rd highest-rated in the key 25-54 age demographic \u2014 behind Tucker Carlson and The Five \u2014 which was co-hosted by Greg Gutfeld.\u00a0In the 11 p.m. hour, Gutfled! crushed its cable news competition as CNN brought in only 371,000 total viewers and MSNBC scored 972,000,\u201d Mediaite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/daily-ratings\/cable-news-ratings-tuesday-february-14-gutfeld-beats-ingraham-crushes-cnn-and-msnbc-at-11-p-m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nielsen Media Research showed that\u00a0Gutfeld! Averaged 2.1 Million viewers through 2022<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe size of that viewing audience bests both NBC\u2019s \u2018The Tonight Show With\u00a0Jimmy Fallon\u2019 and ABC\u2019s \u2018Jimmy Kimmel\u00a0Live\u2019 and also consistently trumps such cable rivals as Comedy Central\u2019s \u2018The Daily Show\u2019 and HBO\u2019s \u2018Last Week Tonight\u2019 and \u2018Real Time With\u00a0Bill Maher,\u2019\u201d The report <a href=\"https:\/\/conservativebrief.com\/greg-king-70076\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vox, an organization that is more liberal in its news coverage, said that \u201cThe biggest comedy show on late-night right now is not on ABC or NBC or CBS or Fox. It\u2019s not on Comedy Central. It\u2019s certainly not streaming. It\u2019s on Fox News, and its name is \u2018Gutfeld!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CNN is currently developing its own late night show to compete against Gutfeld. They are also looking for more progressive candidates.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-10\">\n<p><span>Advertisement<\/span>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cBrass at the famously progressive news network have reportedly floated names such as\u00a0Bill Maher,\u00a0Trevor Noah,\u00a0Arsenio Hall, and\u00a0Jon Stewart, as candidates, to offer a nontraditional, late-night-esque take on the day\u2019s news. Fox News has found success with \u2018Gutfeld!,\u2019 the late-night comedy show hosted by Greg Gutfeld,\u201d the Daily Mail\u00a0said.<\/p>\n<p>Gutfeld was a Fox News ratings champion. \u201cThe Five,\u201d Nielsen named it the number one cable news show, which he also hosts. The comedian and political analyst was interviewed in January. <a href=\"https:\/\/conservativebrief.com\/gutfeld-fx-70346\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Management<\/a> To win two of the top three cable news shows in the key age group of 25-54 year olds.<\/p>\n<p>Mediate reported that The Five, of whom Gutfeld is a regular co-host, topped charts in demo with 448,000 demo viewers. Tucker Carlson came in second with 407,000 demo viewers. Gutfeld was third! Third place was Gutfeld with 379,000.<\/p>\n<p>It was the most watched cable news show, with a weekly audience of 3.332million viewers.<sup>nd<\/sup>, Nielsen ratings showed, Forbes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/markjoyella\/2023\/01\/24\/fox-news-channels-the-five-is-most-watched-show-in-cable-news\/?sh=f123f9648809\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-9\">\n<span>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cAfter\u00a0<em>The Five<\/em>, the highest-rated shows of the week were\u00a0<em>Tucker Carlson Tonight<\/em>\u00a0(3.086 million viewers),\u00a0<em>Jesse Watters Primetime<\/em>\u00a0(2.647 million viewers),\u00a0<em>Hannity<\/em>\u00a0(2.386 million viewers), and\u00a0<em>Special Report with Bret Baier<\/em>\u00a0(2.367 million viewers)\u2014all airing on the Fox News Channel,\u201d According to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Forbes\u00a0reported:\u00a0\u201cIn prime time, Fox News led the cable news networks with an average total audience of 1.996 million viewers\u2014beating CNN and MSNBC combined. Overall, Fox had fully 92 of the 100 highest-rated cable news telecasts for the week. Among viewers 25-54, the demographic group most valued by advertisers, Tucker Carlson Tonight was first with 442,000 viewers, followed by The Five (374,000 viewers), Hannity (303,000 viewers), Jesse Watters Primetime (266,000 viewers) and Special Report with Bret Baier (256,000 viewers).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fox News, including Tucker Carlson, the network&#8217;s flagship anchor, continues to dominate cable news ratings.\u00a0It was again first on Wednesday night. Four of its shows brought in more than three millions viewers, while CNN never reached the one million mark.<\/p>\n<p>Mediaite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/daily-ratings\/cable-news-ratings-wednesday-february-8-fox-news-scores-4-shows-with-over-3-million-viewers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>: \u201cTucker Carlson led the ratings with 3.72 million total viewers, beating out The Five \u2014 which regularly lands atop the charts.\u00a0Jesse Watters came in third place with 3.16 million total viewers, while Sean Hannity came in fourth with 3.08 million total viewers.\u00a0MSNBC\u2019s top-rated show was All in with Chris Hayes which brought in 1.66 million total viewers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the coveted 25 \u2013 54 demographics, Fox News led again with 246,000 to MSNBC\u2019s 113,000 and CNN\u2019s 104,000 for the day.<\/p>\n<p>Primetime numbers were also impressive, with Fox News leading with 421,000 and MSNBC with 139,000 and 148,000 respectively.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-7\">\n<p><span>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Advertisement OPINION Fox News&#8217; Dan Bongino was the host of Fox News and received some great news.
