Barely.<\/p>\n<p>The Brookings Institution has partnered with The New York Times to help expand this censorial effort. They have two goals. Conservative broadcasters love <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clayandbuck.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clay Travis, Buck Sexton<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Brookings Institution, a liberal institution, released a new report claiming that the largest purveyors so-called &#8220;scam&#8221; were: \u201cmisinformation\u201d in podcast form. Lucky for us, most offenders were from the right side.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/tiktok-censorship-comedians-tyler-fischer\/\"><strong>RELATED : COMIC SAYS TIKTOK PENNSORSHIP NO LAUGHING MATTER<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/02\/09\/technology\/podcasts-steve-bannon-war-room-misinformation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Article based on the Report<\/a> Dedicated to \u201cSteve Bannon\u2019s War Room,\u201d Ex-Trump advisor and former Breitbart news leader, the guest hosted. It is not surprising that the article includes numerous examples of guests sharing fake morsels via Twitter. \u201cWar Room\u201d pulpit. Brookings claims that Bannon did not question these views.<\/p>\n<p>The report criticizes mainstream conservative shows like the one that spreads the report. \u201cmisinformation\u201d At an alarming rate This includes \u201cThe Charlie Kirk Show,\u201d \u201cThe Clay &#038; Buck Show\u201d Along with its predecessor \u201cThe Rush Limbaugh Show,\u201d \u201cLouder with Crowder,\u201d \u201cThe Mark Levin Show\u201d and Bret Weinstein\u2019s \u201cDarkHorse Podcast.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This is a telling fact from The New York Times.<\/p>\n<p>Conservative podcasters were 11x more likely than liberal podcasters, to share a claim fact-checkers could refute.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s an immediate red flag, of course. It\u2019s also a tell, the first of many.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/andrew-schulz-ownership-not-censorship\/\"><strong>RELATED: SCHULZ &#8211; THE FUTURE IS OWNERSHIP AND NOT CENSORSHIP<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Clay &#038; Buck Show\u201d Brookings and The New York Times both requested that they appear on the air with someone from either of these groups. The purported interview would let the show\u2019s critics share details on how the hosts spread \u201cmisinformation.\u201d Clay Travis and Buck Sexton could, in turn, counter the accusations.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s called a free and fair debate, and \u201cThe Clay &#038; Buck Show\u201d deserves to have the opportunity to learn more and possibly refute the findings.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties declined.\u00a0That\u2019s no accident.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">So, a>=&#8221;https:\/\/twitter.com\/BrookingsInst?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&#8221;>@BrookingsInst<\/a> Labeled &#8220;a href=&#8221;https:\/\/twitter.com\/clayandbuck?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&#8221;>@clayandbuck<\/a> The third-largest radio broadcaster of misinformation. This is \u201creport\u201d The front page of the newspaper featured the story. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nytimes?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@nytimes<\/a> Business section without any explanation data. Big Tech regularly bans or punishes people who share the information. \u201cwrong\u201d opinions yet doesn\u2019t have the courage, or ability, to explain why.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Baron, author of \u201cThe Private American\u201d Graphic novel<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/private-american-censored-elon-musk-twitter\/\"> Two crowdfunding websites have banned the use of this method<\/a> Without any specific reason. Humorists who come up with their own ideas.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/big-tech-censorship-conservative-comedy\/\"> Jokes are often made up without explanation.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t new, but it is terrifying.<\/p>\n<p>One biased podcast study is enough to make the news. It was spread worldwide by America&#8217;s most influential paper. That\u2019s not where this ends.<\/p>\n<p>The New York Times reached out to Apple and Google, two of the world\u2019s most formidable tech giants, for reaction to the story. The not-so secret purpose? To shame them into burying or banning the podcasts they are searching for via their search algorithms.<\/p>\n<p>Does it sound like a conspiracy?<\/p>\n<p>Keep this in mind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/01\/09\/technology\/apple-google-parler.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amazon, Google, Apple and Microsoft teamed up in 2021 to ban Parler.<\/a> An emerging Twitter alternative emerged following the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol Building. According to the parties, the platform was used by violent Trump fans for coordination of their alleged attack on the D.C. structure.<\/p>\n<p>What did it matter that Antifa, a violent group, was allowed to spread hate on Twitter?<\/p>\n<p>No. Parler is attracted to a right-leaning customer, similar to the podcasts. It\u2019s a gentle but overt brand of bullying.<\/p>\n<p><em>Why aren\u2019t you banning this misinformation?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Even more illuminating?\u00a0Why won\u2019t Brookings or The Times defend their hard work on a syndicated radio program, letting the show\u2019s fans could learn more about the so-called \u201cmisinformation?\u201d Why pass up that golden opportunity if you\u2019re confident in your facts?<\/p>\n<p>The push for ban \u201cmisinformation\u201d It is both transparent as well as deeply misleading. To begin with, none of the organizations trying to combat fake news have chosen any one. \u201cThe View.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one of the most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/view-voting-rights-republicans\/\">cartoonishly fraudulent shows<\/a> In the media landscape, sharing on a major television network. Yet The New York Times isn\u2019t calling out the aggressively liberal show for spreading \u201cmisinformation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s another tell.<\/p>\n<p>The newspaper has not even reflected on the distorted coverage of the Russian collusion hoax. Instead, the august outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/articles\/2023\/02\/03\/revealing_the_new_york_times_deceitful_russiagate_coverage_148809.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">False reporting was doubled.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t about \u201cmisinformation.\u201d It\u2019s about protecting the preferred liberal narratives and punishing parties who counter them with facts and logic.<\/p>\n<p>Pop culture:\u00a0\u201cPrivate American\u201d This article sheds light on the drug cartels, rapists, and border crossings between the U.S. and Mexico. It must be stopped.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Clay &#038; Buck Show\u201d questioned the government\u2019s decrees regarding the pandemic early on, from the efficacy of vaccines to questionable mask mandates.<\/p>\n<p>On many fronts, the hosts were correct. They too must be silenced.<\/p>\n<p>This is the Left trying to quiet the Right \u2026 or anyone willing to question the official narratives. It includes left-leaning figures, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/joe-rogan-media-lies-rittenhouse-censorship\/\">Rogan<\/a>Matt Taibbi is a comedian and journalist. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodintoto.com\/russell-brand-youtube-misinformation\/\">Russell Brand<\/a> You can find out more.<\/p>\n<p>Rogan emerged triumphant, in part, because Spotify CEO Daniel Ek wouldn\u2019t bow to the Cancel Culture mob. The podcaster was lucky.
