The absurdity of suggesting that a woman is past her prime when she is 51 years old, like Nikki Haley.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cAnd by the way, what an insult to people like Dana Bash, who\u2019s 51 and his colleague at CNN,\u201d She added. \u201cSorry, \u2018past your due date.\u2019 What does he mean by \u2018prime\u2019? The co-anchor [Poppy Harlow] had an instinct that this was offensive, but frankly wasn\u2019t effective enough to actually shove it down his throat and recognize \u2014 are you referring to childbearing years? Because that is something women can mostly only do in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. And he wouldn\u2019t even sign on to that. Just childbearing is not what determines whether a woman is in her prime.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lemon, a former Fox News host, said that he has been fired. \u201cpattern\u201d Of \u201cdiminishing\u201d women, noting\u00a0when the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/don-lemon-left-cnn-co-host-kaitlan-collins-rattled-after-he-screamed-at-her-for-interrupting-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNN host<\/a> S.E. told his colleague Cupp told his colleague S.E. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-11190077\/Don-Lemon-branded-misogynist-asking-stuttering-commentator-MOMMY-BRAIN.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mommy brain<\/a>\u201d She forgot to say something during a segment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, you a**,\u201d The host declared. \u201cThat has nothing to do with her \u2018mommy brain.\u2019 People forget their words, male and female. This is a pattern with him. \u2026 He doesn\u2019t understand anything about women, about America, about prime. He\u2019s 56, by the way. I guess he\u2019d be the first to tell you he\u2019s still in his prime\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd it ties in with the allegations that have been made against him recently, that he was screaming at his co-host Kaitlan Collins because she had the temerity to interrupt him, and he was annoyed,\u201d She added. \u201cAnd he was screaming at her to the point where the crew was uncomfortable and Kaitlan Collins reportedly ran out of the studio. \u2026 But this is a pattern with this guy. He does not respect women. He does not see women as equals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Megyn Kelly closed the segment. \u201cthat this guy is an abusive, sexist jerk. And it\u2019s time for him to go.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lemon later took to Twitter and called his comments \u201cinartful and irrelevant.\u201d Kelly tweeted that his post wasn\u2019t \u201cgoing to cut it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, no apology for his disgusting (latest example of) sexism. [CNN] \u2014 this isn\u2019t going to cut it,\u201d The podcast host shared.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Seriously, what was that? \u201cinartful\u201d Concerning his comments? Inartful refers to when you use the wrong word in order to express a valid point. These comments were repeated three times, tripling their impact. He argued the point when challenged. This wasn\u2019t clumsy speech- it was misogyny.
