(Anna Moneymaker\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;The House Judiciary Committee has repeatedly attempted to engage with the five companies since last December,&#8221; Jordan&#8217;s office stated. &#8220;Unfortunately, the companies have not adequately complied with our requests.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/jordan-demands-big-tech-records-collusion-biden-admin-censor-conservatives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>JORDAN DEMANDS BIG TECH RECORDS THAT DETAIL &#8216;COLLUSION\u2019 WITH BIDEN ADMIN to CENSOR CONSERVATIVES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Congress has an important role in protecting and advancing fundamental free speech principles, including by examining how private actors coordinate with the government to suppress First Amendment-protected speech,&#8221; Jordan&#8217;s office stated. &#8220;These subpoenas are the first step in holding Big Tech accountable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Fox News Digital was told by a Microsoft spokesperson, that Microsoft believes in transparency. &#8220;have started producing documents, are engaged with the Committee, and committed to working in good faith.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Fox News Digital spoke with a Meta spokesperson, who said that they also have &#8220;already begun producing documents in response to the committee\u2019s requests and will continue to do so moving forward.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Fox News asked for comment from Amazon and Apple spokespersons.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-ct inline\">\n<div class=\"m\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/a57.foxnews.com\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/640\/320\/Russia-Zuckerberg-meta.jpg?ve=1&amp;tl=1\" alt=\"Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg was one of several CEOs to be subpoenaed over possible collusion with the Biden administration. This was before Republicans gained the majority of Congress in December.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan and Republicans on House Judiciary Committee claimed at the time they had evidence that Big Tech Companies were &#8220;colluding with the Biden administration to suppress free speech online.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Big Tech is out to get conservatives, and is increasingly willing to undermine First Amendment values by complying with the Biden administration\u2019s directives that suppress freedom of speech online,&#8221; Jordan wrote December. &#8220;This approach undermines fundamental American principles and allows powerful government actors to silence political opponents and stifle opposing viewpoints.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-ct inline\">\n<div class=\"m\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/a57.foxnews.com\/static.foxnews.com\/foxnews.com\/content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/640\/320\/apple-tim-cook.png?ve=1&amp;tl=1\" alt=\"Apple CEO Tim Cook\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"info\">\n<div class=\"caption\">\n<p>Apple CEO Tim Cook<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>At the time, Jordan said the companies\u2019 &#8220;treatment of certain speakers and content may stem from government directives or guidance designed to suppress dissenting views,&#8221; Most requested information &#8220;the nature and extent of your companies\u2019 collusion with the Biden administration.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/opinion\/musk-proves-hunter-biden-censorship-came-from-collusion-among-biden-campaign-law-enforcement-twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>MUSK PROVES BIDEN CENSORSHIP COME FROM COLLUSION AMONG BIDEN CAMPAIG, LAW ENFORCEMENT and TWITTER<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jordan demanded records and documents of communications between employees and contractors of companies and anyone associated with the executive branch. This was from January 2020 to the present.
