That\u2019s not a rumor, that\u2019s documented in bombshell affidavits. <\/p>\n<p>Biden, Inc.&#8217;s scandalous activities make it look more corrupt. Jim Biden trades under the same family name as Hunter Biden. Jim Biden was the one chosen to negotiate a $140million settlement in secret between Hill International, Saudi Arabia and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Joe Biden was vice president and Jim was selected because Saudi Arabia \u201cwould not dare stiff the brother of the Vice-President who would be instrumental to the deal.\u201d This tidbit can be found in an affidavit. <\/p>\n<p>The Daily Mail claims that Jim admitted to using the Biden name \u201cdidn\u2019t hurt\u201d He was able to get the job despite not having any experience in construction. Hunter was able to get the Burisma contract despite his lack of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. It\u2019s the last name and the proximity to Joe Biden that was appealing. Jim\u2019s wife, Sara, an attorney, admits that Joe and Jim \u201ctold each other everything.\u201d There are so many things to be thankful for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-11731831\/Jim-Biden-negotiated-deal-Saudis-relationship-Joe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The truth is out <\/a>Joe tells us that he does not know anything about his brother&#8217;s business dealings. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>According to documents, Jim claimed to an ex-US Treasury official who worked as a private investigator that his job was to negotiate with Saudis \u2018because of his position and relationship\u2019 to VP Joe Biden \u2013 who led delegations to Saudi Arabia at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Sullivan, a former Treasury official described in an affidavit his sit-down interview about being hired by Jim Biden to negotiate with Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n<p>Sullivan claimed the President\u2019s brother told him: \u2018Of course, the [Biden] name didn\u2019t hurt\u2019, and Jim\u2019s wife Sara, who was present, allegedly said that Joe and his brother \u2018told each other everything.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018[Biden] stated that he was often sent to meetings to represent Hill because \u2018of course, the name didn\u2019t hurt,\u2019 and he was the former Vice-President\u2019s brother, or words to that effect. During the interview, he repeated this statement at most twice.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I asked specifically if he had attended a meeting with the Saudi Ministry of Trade in mid-February 2012 to receive the final payment for the work Hill had performed. He answered that, to the best of his memory, he had been at such a meeting, and that the reason he had attended was \u201cbecause of his position and relationship\u201d with his brother.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Hill owed $140 million to the Saudi government for their work in building desalination plants within the Kingdom dating back to 1980. Hill engaged three law firms, R.L. Walker &#038; Co. (Lankford &#038; Reed), Poblete Tamargo and Poblete Tamargo were the three law firms Hill hired in February 2011. These negotiations lasted for years, and were part of the \u201cSpecial Claims Process\u201d, which is a U.S. government program to settle Saudi Arabia\u2019s unpaid debt to American companies. Jim Biden\u2019s role in this story came to light after a disagreement between Hill and their lawyers over a payout from the Saudis. Lankford &#038; Reed claim that Hill hired Jim Biden in 2011 to help with a back-door settlement of $100 million. However, the lawyers were not paid their 40% after many years of work on the case. <em>Ah, yes, double-crossing. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>A May 2022 lawsuit was described in a Lankord Reed partner v. Thomas Lankford affidavit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-11731831\/Jim-Biden-negotiated-deal-Saudis-relationship-Joe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The alleged double cross<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u2018After many delays, a meeting was finally scheduled for mid-February, 2012, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia,\u2019 He wrote. \u2018The Professional Firms were excluded from this meeting. Hill, acting through [its CEO, Irvin] Richter, sent Jim Biden \u2013 the then sitting Vice President\u2019Sister.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Richter confided that he selected Biden because KSA [the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia] We wouldn&#8217;t dare to make a deal with the Vice President&#8217;s brother, who would be instrumental in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer claimed that Jim later \u2018admitted that KSA and Hill had secretly agreed to settle the claim through the award of future contracts.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Mr. Biden further confirmed that Richter used Biden as a settlement intermediary in order to capitalize on the influence and orchestration of the settlement by the then Vice-President,\u2019 Lankford wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jim Biden and his wife Sara admit to things that are not favorable to Jim\u2019s business dealing. It certainly looks sketchy. Lankford stated that Richter had admitted to using Biden as an intermediary settlement agent in order to capitalize. \u201cthe influence and orchestration of the settlement\u201d The former vice-president. A lawyer hired an investigator to interview Sara (and Jim) about the back-door agreement. <\/p>\n<p>Sullivan\u2019s affidavit shows that he interviewed Jim Biden at his home in Merion Station, Pennsylvania on July 16, 2017. Jim Biden stated that he was hired by Hill International to perform business development work. \u2018James stated that he was told that the final payment would be made in both cash and \u201ca very large amount\u201d of new future contract work.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>All that Sullivan would tell the Daily Mail was that he briefly spoke to Sara, Jim\u2019s wife, who confirmed that \u201che doesn\u2019t like us talking to people.\u201d The affidavit doesn&#8217;t specify who. \u201che\u201d A source claimed it was Joe Biden. Sullivan didn\u2019t press on further explanations out of concern over \u201ctwo large men in dark suits, in a big black sedan parked on a side street looking directly into their house down the walkway I had just exited.\u201d Sullivan believed they were security, perhaps Secret Service. However, Joe Biden\u2019s family<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-11731831\/Jim-Biden-negotiated-deal-Saudis-relationship-Joe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> wasn\u2019t entitled to Secret Service protection<\/a> He was not vice president at the time. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u2018 Sara and I walked to my car. She told me that her husband and his brother were very close, and that they told each other everything. I reached inside to give her a card, and just as I did, a blue sedan, with a single male driving, pulled quickly into their driveway. She said \u2018See what I mean?\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jim and Sara were involved in Hunter Biden\u2019s multi-million-dollar deal with oil giant CEFC, which is linked to the Chinese government. Federal prosecutors are investigating this deal. Joe Biden has denied knowledge o his family\u2019s foreign business dealings but these affidavits show otherwise. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s reported that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has a copy of the affidavits and other case files.
