Mao Zedong of China adopted this doctrine and declared that \u201cin order to build a great socialist society it is of the utmost importance to arouse the broad masses of women to join in productive activity\u201d Which would foster \u201cgenuine equality between the sexes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In just a few words you will see that the work of raising and bearing human beings has been labeled \u201cunproductive activity\u201d that women must be emancipated from so they can equally contribute to mankind\u2019s economic security. Marx and Engels promised that equal workplace participation would bring large amounts of money into society, promote equality, and make whole societies prosper.<\/p>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s administration joined the chorus in calling for all women to be able to contribute to the GDP. Recenty, the Biden administration launched an initiative called &#8220;The Initiative.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/reports\/united-states-strategy-on-global-womens-economic-security\/#en29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.S. Strategy on Global Women\u2019s Economic Security.<\/a> The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?525159-1\/secretary-blinken-remarks-global-womens-economic-security\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">launch<\/a> meeting, Jennifer Klein, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?525159-1\/secretary-blinken-remarks-global-womens-economic-security\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">director of the\u202fWhite\u202fHouse Gender Policy\u202fCouncil<\/a> We must all work together to achieve this goal \u201cachieve our shared vision for women\u2019s full and equitable participation in the global economy.\u201d She added, \u201cStudies show that closing gender gaps in the workforce could add between $12 and $28 trillion in global GDP over a decade.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Antony Blinken, Secretary of State <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/secretary-antony-j-blinken-at-launch-of-the-u-s-strategy-on-global-womens-economic-security\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reiterated<\/a> These sentiments: \u201cThe strategy that we\u2019re putting forward has at its heart a simple vision: creating a world in which all women and girls everywhere can contribute to \u2026 economic growth and global prosperity.\u202fThat\u2019s a world in which we will all be better off. Closing the gender gap in the workforce by 2025 \u2026 would add up to $28 trillion to the global economy.\u201d\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Care Of Children becomes a Public Affair\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So far, Team Biden is two for two on Engels\u2019 plan: 1) Call for women\u2019s \u201cfull and equitable participation in the economy\u201d 2) promise that there will be affluence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What about the kids? Everyone is involved \u201cfully and equitably\u201d If the public workforce is not able to provide childcare for their children, then who will take care of humanity&#8217;s future? Engels knows the answer. Engels knows the solution. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Origin-Private-Property-Penguin-Classics\/dp\/0141191112\/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3O1D3S5CAN5R4&#038;keywords=friedrich+engels&#038;qid=1675539313&#038;sprefix=friedrich+engels%2Cspecialty-aps%2C140&#038;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a> This is what happens in a socialist country. \u201cthe care and education of the children becomes a public affair\u201d  \u201csociety looks after all children alike.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Klein appears to be familiar with Marx and Engels\u2019 philosophy, because her next demand was for governments to ensure women\u2019s economic security by \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?525159-1\/secretary-blinken-remarks-global-womens-economic-security\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">improving care infrastructure<\/a>.\u201d Blinken <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/secretary-antony-j-blinken-at-launch-of-the-u-s-strategy-on-global-womens-economic-security\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a> It&#8217;s the same: Governments must \u201cstrengthen the foundational support\u2014child care, elder care\u2014that allows women to participate equitably in the economy.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But how will the world\u2019s governments provide free or low cost day care services for everyone? Such an undertaking would certainly cut into the wealth that is supposed to materialize from women\u2019s \u201cfull participation\u201d Economy\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The World Bank\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Visit the World Bank. The U.S. Strategy on Global Women\u2019s Economic Security <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/U.S.-Strategy-on-Global-Womens-Economic-Security.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Says<\/a>, \u201cThe U.S. government has partnered with the World Bank and is leading diplomatic engagements to encourage partnerships in the recently launched global Invest in Childcare initiative, housed at the World Bank, which will expand access to quality child care and early learning programs globally.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The primary objectives of the World Bank (a financial institution that is part of the United Nations System) are to end poverty and \u201cpromoting shared prosperity.\u201d These aims are pursued by the bank lending or granting funds to other countries in an effort to redistribute income and encourage participation in their initiatives. Their new childcare initiative \u201cInvest In Childcare,\u201d It was launched in the last year. The World Bank was also launched in 2014. <a href=\"https:\/\/documents.worldbank.org\/en\/publication\/documents-reports\/documentdetail\/189221468327937168\/official-documents-collaboration-arrangement-with-blackrock-financial-management-to-tf069027\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Signed<\/a> An agreement with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackrock.com\/us\/financial-professionals\/investment-strategies\/sustainable?cid=ppc:uswa_us:sem_us_br_esg_phrase:google:brand_prod:fa&#038;gclid=CjwKCAiA_vKeBhAdEiwAFb_nrXFwTLcbSYTJij4PVjQmZ1j1pT5kkkIZovHe45zxkGbv1iqaBCj_TBoCDkcQAvD_BwE&#038;gclsrc=aw.ds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BlackRock<\/a>The major driver of <a href=\"https:\/\/thenakeddollar.blogspot.com\/2022\/04\/esg-politicization-of-capital.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESG<\/a> investing.<\/p>\n<p>The program\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/topic\/education\/brief\/childcare-incentive-fund\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formulation<\/a> The priority behind it is revealed: \u201cChildcare has the potential to yield multi-generational impacts by improving women\u2019s economic empowerment, child outcomes, family welfare, business productivity and overall economic growth.\u201d It continues by stating that childcare does not end with the child. \u201cenable mothers to participate in the labor market\u201d However, this is for children. \u201cquality childcare can provide the critical inputs needed during the early years to build the foundational skills that will help them succeed in school and throughout life.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mothers may be able to take part in the workforce by having childcare, which may prove to be very beneficial for many mothers. But is it a government\u2019s responsibility to facilitate childcare for everyone? Some may wonder if the government is responsible for providing childcare for all. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/bidens-daycare-plan-is-bad-for-families-11620078804?mod=e2two\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data<\/a> The claim that quality early childhood care provides the crucial input a child requires is supported by the World Bank.
