John Fetterman (D. Pa.), communications director is a former lacrosse player. <em>Washington Free Beacon<\/em> It has been learned.<\/p>\n<p>Calvello, the taxpayer-funded spokesperson who keeps the American public informed about senator&#8217;s condition, was a UMass men\u2019s lacrosse player between 2011 and 2014. Calvello, a 150-pound, 5-foot-8 face-off specialist, led the Minutemen to a 7-6 record.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why it is important<\/strong>Generally speaking, Americans should not trust lacrosse players. Calvello&#8217;s connections to the sport and his height of six feet is a serious threat to his credibility. Fetterman&#8217;s judgement is also cast doubts.<\/p>\n<p>Fetterman wouldn&#8217;t be the only one to use a disreputable person to make public statements about his mental and physical health. For example, Dr. Clifford Chen,\u00a0the physician who gave Fetterman a <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/fetterman-debate-disaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A clean bill of Health<\/a>\u00a0It was several weeks before last November&#8217;s election. <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/elections\/bad-medicine-doctor-granting-fetterman-clean-bill-of-health-is-a-campaign-donor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donated<\/a> Fetterman and other Democrats receive tens of thousand of dollars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Background<\/strong>After suffering a stroke last Wednesday, Fetterman was rushed to a hospital in Washington. Fetterman is now back at Capitol Hill.\u00a0After feeling dizzy, the stroke victim was taken to Washington, D.C. hospital. &#8220;lightheaded&#8221; Calvello kept him under observation for 24 hours. Calvello insisted everything <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/the_vello\/status\/1624168859740561416\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">It was delicious<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The senator was admitted to the hospital while the <em>New York Times<\/em> Publication of a damning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/serious-mental-health-challenges-fetterman-suffered-permanent-damage-from-charging-ahead-with-campaign-after-near-fatal-stroke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Report<\/a>\u00a0Fetterman&#8217;s &#8220;extraordinarily challenging&#8221; Adjustment for serving in the U.S. Senate This report seems to contradict Dr. Chen\u2019s glowing assessment Fetterman&#8217;s health in Oct 2022. It details the\u00a0&#8220;physical impairment and serious mental health challenges&#8221; Fetterman suffered from stroke.<\/p>\n<p>Fetterman &#8220;has had to come to terms with the fact that he may have set himself back permanently by not taking the recommended amount of rest during the campaign,&#8221; <em>Times<\/em> reporter Annie Karni wrote, &#8220;and he continues to push himself in ways that people close to him worry are detrimental.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>They are <a href=\"https:\/\/thesewaneepurple.org\/2021\/03\/26\/a-white-sport-lacrosse-cultures-racial-fragility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Say it<\/a><\/strong>: &#8220;Lacrosse is a sport of extreme privilege&#8221; And &#8220;racial fragility&#8221; That &#8220;holds a mirror to the history of Indigenous cultural erasure and appropriation in the United States.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bottom line<\/strong>: Before the election, journalists and liberal activists shouted down anyone suggesting Fetterman was downplaying his problems with his health.
