However, this seems to be the new standard for teenagers with anxiety who believe they are born in the wrong body.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Caller launched a new documentary last week on the transgender craze. It outlines the dangers that were not covered in the Discovery series. \u201cGeneration Drag\u201d Celebration of childhood transition<\/p>\n<p>The new documentary \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/damaged.dailycaller.com\/optin1675083880633?utm_source=social&#038;utm_medium=organic&#038;utm_campaign=damaged\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Damaged<\/a>,\u201d This documentary tells the story of several detransitioners, who have to deal with the daily horrors of having had permanent procedures done in their adolescence. \u201cgender dysphoria.\u201d One woman, Chloe Cole, whose story has also been highlighted by the Independent Women\u2019s Forum last week, lost her ability to breastfeed after undergoing a double mastectomy, or \u201ctop surgery.\u201d Cole stated that she \u201cfelt like a monster\u201d after learning in a psychology class about the benefits of organic breastfeeding on childhood development, something she\u2019ll never be able to offer future children. She said that the class was very helpful. \u201cwas the first time that I really thought about being a parent and what that might look like for me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abel Garcia, a man who thought he wanted to live as a woman, suffers from genital atrophy, a condition that\u2019s left Garcia with genitals that are \u201cmuch much much much smaller, so it makes it really hard to use the restroom.\u201d After years of cross-sex hormones, Garcia told the Caller he struggles with brain fog, chest numbness, and uncertainty over whether he\u2019s infertile.<\/p>\n<p>Cat Cattinson shared that her voice remains lower than the average female&#8217;s for ever.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost of the effects from the testosterone for me have faded, thankfully,\u201d Cattinson said. \u201cBut there are some lingering ones, such as my voice will never be the same again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cattinson also suffers from long-term liver, gallbladder, and heart palpitations over the past 15 years. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI also experienced incontinence, which I didn\u2019t even know was from the testosterone until I talked to other detransitioned women, and they said they had the same thing,\u201d Cattinson shared his story with the documentary filmmakers. \u201cAlmost none of this was brought up as potential side effects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Each of the detransitioners featured in the Daily Caller\u2019s documentary spoke about how easy it was to get a diagnosis of gender dysphoria from a clinician who near-immediately recommended them for life-altering treatments and surgeries. Utah Republican Governor signed a bill that made it easy to get an official diagnosis. Spencer Cox banned transgender treatment for minors last month. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/01\/31\/utah-bill-barring-transgender-surgeries-for-children-is-toothless\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">toothless<\/a>This exception is only for those who have been diagnosed as having gender dysphoria.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy first therapist was pretty lousy, honestly. He didn\u2019t really do much.
