The incident occurred on September 16. Brinton is facing up to five year imprisonment and a $10,000 fine according to a Hennepin County Court criminal complaint.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing was initially scheduled for Dec. 19, but was postponed to Feb. 15, following a request by Brinton&#8217;s defence counsel. However, the judge in charge of the case rejected multiple requests by defense lawyers to allow Brinton remote access to the hearing. Nevada police received the information and reopened the case. &#8220;immediately recognized&#8221; Brinton &#8220;as the suspect pertaining to this case&#8221; Brinton charged<\/p>\n<p>Brinton faces up to 10 years in prison for the alleged theft of the bag \u2014 which contained valued at $1,700, clothing worth $850 and makeup valued at $500 \u2014 in Las Vegas. Brinton was present at a Clark County court hearing, Nevada in December. Attorneys agreed to bail at $15,000. Brinton was also arrested and released.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-invites-anti-police-nonbinary-drag-queen-white-house-f-police\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>BIDEN INVITES THE ANTI-POLICE NONBINARY DRAGG QUEEN TO THE WHITE HOUSE \u2018F&#8212; THE POLICE\u2019<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The DOE declared December 12th that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/non-binary-nuclear-waste-official-charged-multiple-luggage-thefts-departs-department-energy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brinton had left the agency<\/a>However, he refused to comment on the reasons for his departure following the Minnesota and Nevada charges.
