Austin took great joy and pride in his acting career. He was an active Eagle Scout and graduated Salutatorian in High School. He went on to graduate from USC\u2019s School of Cinematic Arts with a passion of directing and music producing,\u201d The family released a statement saying that the death was a result of a tragic accident. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2023\/02\/13\/nypd-blue-star-austin-majors-dead-dies-27\/\">TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAustin\u2019s younger sister,\u00a0Kali, says her fondest memories with Austin were growing up on set with him, volunteering at events with \u2018Kids With a Cause,\u2019 and backpacking together,\u201d The statement went on. \u201cAustin was the kind of son, brother, grandson and nephew that made us proud and we will miss him deeply forever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kali Raglin told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/austin-majors-nypd-blue-child-actor-dead-27?intcmp=tw_fnc\">Fox News Digital<\/a> that officials said her brother\u2019s cause of death came from \u201csuspected\u00a0fentanyl poisoning with an ongoing investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2023\/tv\/people-news\/austin-majors-dead-nypd-blue-1235521730\/\">Variety<\/a>Majors had been living at a Los Angeles homeless shelter.<\/p>\n<p>Kali Raglin posted an Instagram post on Sunday. \u201cMy big brother, Austin, is gone. He died last night. It\u2019s so surreal to me still. He was only 27 with so much life left to live.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNYPD Blue, \u201c created by Steven Bochco and David Milch, ran from September 21, 1993 to March 1, 2005 and became ABC\u2019s longest-running primetime one-hour drama until passed by \u201cGrey\u2019s Anatomy\u201d 2016 Dennis Franz, actor, played the role of Andy Sipowicz (NYPD detective), father to Theo.<\/p>\n<p>A 2003 episode, titled \u201cNude Awakening,\u201d Theo was seen entering a bathroom, where Connie, played in part by Charlotte Ross, was nude.
