Reports had already indicated that documents were found in Biden&#8217;s home. <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2023\/01\/21\/breaking-doj-searches-home-even-more-biden-classified-docs-found-including-from-his-time-in-senate-n692152\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">From his days in the Senate<\/a>. So, he confirmed that, which means he\u2019s been keeping classified documents for almost 50 years. Who knows where they\u2019ve been, who saw them, and what was compromised?<\/p>\n<p>Senators who have spoken on this matter\u2013who know that you have to examine documents in a SCIF and return them\u2013can\u2019t understand how he could have documents from his time in the Senate. Also, he had classified documents from his tenure as vice president. It\u2019s also why there needs to be a search of Biden\u2019s biggest cache of documents \u2014 at the U<a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2023\/01\/24\/ted-cruz-peter-doocys-new-questions-about-classified-docs-leave-the-white-house-sputtering-n693377\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delaware, where his Senate papers can be found. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden gave an excuse for his actions. He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/02\/10\/us\/politics\/biden-documents-aides.html?smtyp=cur&#038;smid=tw-nytimes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">His staff was to blame.<\/a> because he\u2019s never able to take responsibility for anything. He claimed that the documents were there because the people who cleaned up his offices when he left didn\u2019t thoroughly examine every piece of paper<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cOne of the things that happened is that what was not done well is, as they packed up my offices to move them, they didn\u2019t do the kind of job that should have been done to go thoroughly through every single piece of literature that\u2019s there,\u201d Mr. Biden said. \u201cBut, I\u2019ll just let the investigation, you know, decide what\u2019s going on and we\u2019ll see what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Now of course this doesn\u2019t make a lot of sense. First, he shouldn\u2019t have the documents, to begin with, among his papers. Then secondly, it isn\u2019t just the aides packing up his vice presidential office and sending them to the Penn Biden Center (and other transition offices in the meantime), if you have documents from his time in the Senate as well as documents in his home.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI is also available. <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2023\/01\/28\/more-info-on-what-was-seized-by-the-fbi-at-bidens-home-and-it-may-help-do-him-in-n695157\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seized handwritten notes Biden had.<\/a> I\u2019m guessing the reason they seized them was that they thought they may have been notes about the documents. They could be evidence that he knew they were there and was trying to get the information out of the documents. That would blow his claim\u2013that he was surprised by the discovery of the documents\u2013out of the water.<\/p>\n<p>However, the NY Times is <a href=\"https:\/\/twitchy.com\/dougp-3137\/2023\/02\/11\/ny-times-helps-doj-special-counsel-track-down-whos-at-fault-for-biden-having-classified-documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Start with a story<\/a> I picked up on the points Biden was making. These careless aides were the culprits. \u201chasty packing.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The account of how classified documents ended up in President Biden\u2019s personal office in Washington is now at the heart of a special counsel\u2019s investigation into whether the documents were mishandled by two aides. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/OqMNF4Ox5B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/t.co\/OqMNF4Ox5B<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The New York Times (@nytimes) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nytimes\/status\/1624166325252677637?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">February 10, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Are those two aides responsible for packing the classified documents of the Senate and sneaking them out the SCIF? Yeah, no, only one person could have done that, and it isn\u2019t the aides. It wasn\u2019t the aides keeping them in Joe\u2019s garage next to his Corvette, where Joe told us they were most certainly secure. It isn\u2019t the aides who wrote whatever is in Joe\u2019s handwritten notes that the FBI found. Joe Biden has been the only constant over nearly 50 years.<\/p>\n<p>The NY Times article skips these points, because they would explode the absurd excuse. In fact, \u201chasty packing\u201d might work better for Mike Pence or Donald Trump, since they don\u2019t have documents going back 50 years like Joe Biden does.
