The unmasked suspect is making waves. Seymour Hersh is a journalist who broke stories such as the massacre of 500 civilians in My Lai, Vietnam, and the torture of Abu Ghraib prisoners in Iraq. He\u2019s also known for his penchant for relying lately on unnamed sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This particular report, which is based upon information he received anonymously, was also done by him.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cdirect knowledge of the operational planning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He was previously highly respected for his journalistic ability covering stories like Watergate under Nixon Administration. However, he is now under fire as a sloppy reporter. \u2018conspiracy theorist\u2019 questioning the Obama administration\u2019s account of the death of Osama bin Laden and the claim that the Syrian government used chemical weapons during their civil war.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> While \u2018conspiracy theories\u2019 in the past have been widely dismissed, it\u2019s hard not to admit that lately, conspiracy theorists have been on a roll.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After the destruction and accusations of involvement by the United States in the Nord Stream Pipeline, the State Department<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimes.co.uk\/article\/us-bombed-nord-stream-gas-pipelines-claims-investigative-journalist-seymour-hersh-s730dnnfz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <\/a> <\/span>\u201cThe idea that the United States was in any way involved in the apparent sabotage of these pipelines is preposterous. Do you mean to tell me Russia didn\u2019t sabotage their pipeline that was helping fuel their economy?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This is not surprising in any way. German investigators were also involved in the recent investigation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/geopolitical\/germany-open-idea-west-behind-nord-stream-sabotage-aim-blaming-it-russia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admitted<\/a> They are open to the possibility that the bombing was carried out by a western state with the intent of blaming Russia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Is there any western state that could pull off something like this?
