According to wrongful termination lawsuits, the <em>Washington Free Beacon<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Both suits allege that the New Venture Fund, a dominant player in Democratic politics that operates a network of liberal organizations,\u00a0 paid black women less than white counterparts, and that black employees risked being fired for pushing back against discrimination. One of the employees, who was hired as a consultant in racial equity, claimed that she was being fired for her resistance to discrimination. &#8220;subjected to racial harassment&#8221; Often, white colleagues would shout down their black colleagues when they discussed race.<\/p>\n<p>Liberal dark money behemoth\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newventurefund.org\/mission-values\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Claim<\/a> To &#8220;fearlessly&#8221; In all of its work, it will incorporate the principles for diversity, equity and inclusion. Minorities could be terminated if they dare to expose the group&#8217;s racism.\u00a0Francesca Weaks filed a wrongful termination claim. <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Francesca-Weaks-Complaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lawsuit<\/a> New Venture Fund, Jan. 31, 2001. Weaks worked for New Venture Fund as a consultant on racial equity. &#8220;pop-up&#8221; The Local Solutions Support Center is a group. She claims that the New Venture Fund turned its back on her and her diversity, equity and inclusion colleagues. &#8220;subjected to racial harassment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It soon became obvious there was a custom of leaders speaking over Black individuals when they were speaking about race, diversity, and equity,&#8221; In her lawsuit, Weaks claims.
