It was about an alleged encounter that occurred in the lobby at his hotel in Arizona Sunday evening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHonestly, I\u2019m a bit baffled with it all,\u201d Irvin shared. \u201cThis all happened in a 45-second conversation in the lobby. When I got back after going out \u2026 I came into the lobby, and I talked to somebody. I talked to this girl. I don\u2019t know her, and I talked to her for about 45 seconds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">After an allegation of misconduct against Michael Irvin, NFL Network has removed Michael Irvin&#8217;s coverage of Super Bowl LVII. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/y0JuZdDjcu\">https:\/\/t.co\/y0JuZdDjcu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 ProFootballTalk (@ProFootballTalk) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ProFootballTalk\/status\/1623379638624854021?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 8, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe shook hands,\u201d He added. \u201cThen, I left. \u2026 That\u2019s all I know.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the NFL broadcaster, he was out drinking with a friend and returned to the lobby to speak to a woman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was just a friendly conversation,\u201d The ex-NFL star shared. \u00a0\u201c\u2018What\u2019s up?\u2019 I don\u2019t even know \u2026 I am totally perplexed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gehlekn was also told by Irvin that they had a short conversation. \u201cphysical\u201d They were both successful.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat law did I break?\u201d The sports commentator was asked. \u201cThere was definitely nothing physical. \u2026 That\u2019s honestly all that happened. Nobody was in my room. It was a 45-second conversation in the lobby, a handshake and we left \u2026 I don\u2019t know. I don\u2019t know what this is, and it\u2019s running me crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Irvin was charged with sexual assault in 2007 but has never been charged. The incident occurred at a Florida casino. <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/02\/08\/michael-irvin-pulled-from-super-bowl-after-womans-complaint\/?utm_medium=SocialFlow&#038;utm_campaign=SocialFlow&#038;utm_source=NYPTwitter\">New York Post<\/a> noted. He filed a counterclaim after he was faced with a civil case. The matter was ultimately settled out of Court.<\/p>\n<p>2017 saw another accusation against him for sexual assault. He denied all allegations.
