Rep. Mike Rogers, R., Ala., chairman of the House Armed Services Committee stated that China&#8217;s arsenal was &#8220;amazing&#8221;. &#8220;approaching parity&#8221; United States<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We cannot allow that to happen.
