Together, they have raised $4.2 billion. \u201cprivate sector commitments to create economic opportunity in northern Central America,\u201d According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2023\/02\/06\/fact-sheet-vice-president-harris-launches-next-phase-of-public-private-partnership-for-northern-central-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fact Sheet<\/a> The White House<\/p>\n<p>The federal government\u2019s Central America Forward framework created a new Northern Central America Investment Facilitation Team which will \u201csupport clean energy infrastructure development, facilitate private sector operations, and promote sustainable economic development in the region.\u201d USAID will support workforce development programs. The newly created Central America Service Corps will be engaging young people in El Salvador and Guatemala with its new program. \u201cpaid community service opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Central America Forward is a project that aims to create one million jobs in Central America, increase access to the financial sector, create a $75m debt fund for small business, and facilitate $500 million worth of infrastructure deals. RJ Hauman (Federation for American Immigration Reform Head, Government Relations) stated that the Federation provided a statement to The Daily Wire. \u201cnone of these investments serve as a deterrent for illegal immigration to the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the Biden administration wanted to truly end the crisis, they should start from the ground up at relevant agencies, not in corporate boardrooms,\u201d He said so. \u201cSign asylum cooperative agreements, reform our asylum system, empower officers to enforce federal immigration law, and send the message to economic migrants and human smugglers that asylum fraud is not a pathway to get into the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to an estimate, the Biden administration has allowed 5.5 million migrants to enter the United States. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/fair-analysis-5-5-million-illegal-aliens-have-crossed-our-borders-since-biden-took-officehow-is-secretary-mayorkas-still-employed-301658734.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data<\/a> From the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
