Jim Jordan, Chairman of House Judiciary Committee officially subpoenaed Department of Education Friday, according to the Daily Caller exclusively.<\/p>\n<p>According to the subpoena education secretary Miguel Cardona is \u201ccommanded\u201d You may present documents to the Judiciary Committee at 9 a.m. on March 1, 2023. ET. ET.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Caller first obtained the letters, which were sent to Chip Slaven, former Interim Executive Director and CEO of the National School Boards Association; Nina Jankowicz, former leader of the Department of Homeland Security\u2019s (DHS) \u201cDisinformation Governance Board;\u201d Viola Garcia from the National School Boards Association and Jennifer Moore, the Executive Assistant Director for the Human Resources Branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).<\/p>\n<p data-inc=\"1\">Jordan accuses officials of not responding to requests for transcripted interviews and failing to provide the committee with information and documents they requested previously. Jordan gives officials one more chance to appear in front of the committee before issuing subpoenas.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/01\/27\/jim-jordan-slaven-jankowicz-letters-dhs-subpoenas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED : EXCLUSIVE : Rep. According to reports, the letter called for federal investigators in order to monitor and intervene on parents&#8217; activities.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/defendinged.org\/press-releases\/new-foia-document-asserts-nsba-letter-was-drafted-at-request-of-education-secretary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PDE emails<\/a>\u00a0showed.
