With a \u201cclear ideological agenda,\u201d Initiatives for DEI \u201ccall for a vast overhaul of curriculum and instruction\u201d This includes making Marxist groupthink a requirement for faculty jobs and growing the bureaucratic behemoth.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo many, the term \u2018diversity, equity, and inclusion\u2019 might sound like a benign commitment to fairness,\u201d John Sailer was the report&#8217;s author. \u201cThe DEI initiatives at UT Austin, however, frequently espouse controversial political and social views, whether through mandatory training sessions, book groups and administrator-endorsed reading lists, or curriculum guidelines.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sailer observed how \u201cbureaucratic language\u201d distracts observers from the reality of UT Austin\u2019s DEI rot, which is ironically anything but diverse, equitable, or inclusive. The report found that when you strip away the fancy buzzwords, academia\u2019s obsession with skin color, sex, sexual attraction, and commitment to the left-wing hivemind have affected all areas of campus life and fields of study, summed up by curricula and faculty.<\/p>\n<p> Curricula <\/p>\n<p>Take a look at the curriculum offered by the Dell Medical School. UT Austin has added a new medical school in the summer 2021. \u201cHealth Equity\u201d To the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/dellmed.utexas.edu\/education\/academics\/undergraduate-medical-education\/leading-edge-curriculum\/core-competencies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Core competencies<\/a> at its medical school. UT Austin says that medical students must:<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the causes of health inequalities. This includes how socialization, belief systems, values, and public policy can create health inequalities among certain populations.<\/p>\n<p>Students must also participate in the medical school&#8217;s activities. \u201cintentional disruptive action\u201d To \u201cact against and educate on systems that perpetuate health injustice and health inequities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Real-world hospitals are already feeling the benefits of DEI during medical school. The so-called DEI effect can be seen in hospitals such as the one mentioned above. \u201chealth equity,\u201d It is the practice of racial discrimination in healthcare that is grounded in critical race theory. Under Oregon\u2019s Medicaid, for example, which invokes the same ideas of \u201cdisrupting\u201d as UT Austin\u2019s med school, your medical care <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/11\/your-race-might-determine-whether-you-get-lifesaving-medical-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Your skin color can have an impact on your ability to function.<\/a>. Marxist ideas that are not grounded in science may also be referred to as <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/12\/the-malignant-equity-agenda-is-already-corrupting-medicine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corrupted<\/a> prestigious <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/12\/20\/medical-journals-have-replaced-the-scientific-method-with-critical-race-ideology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Medical journals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s just the medical school.
