Lowell claims Isaac\u2019s handling of the laptop &#8220;resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden\u2019s private and personal information.&#8221; He claimed it was warranted &#8220;a full investigation&#8221;  &#8220;may merit prosecution.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is not a common thing for a private person and his counsel to seek someone else being investigated, but the actions and motives here require it,&#8221; Lowell wrote to Jennings.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s aggressive new legal strategy could pose conflict of interest issues should the attorney general take up the probe. Jennings had served under the president\u2019s late son, Beau Biden, when he was Delaware attorney general. She <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/KathyJenningsDE\/posts\/252062612172401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">touted<\/a> During her 2018 campaign, President Joe Biden endorsed her.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019ve known Joe, Jill, and the Biden family for most of my life. Joe is one of the kindest and most genuine people I\u2019ve ever known,&#8221; Jennings <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/KathyJenningsDE\/posts\/323362398375755\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Write<\/a> In an April 2019 post on Facebook, which also featured a picture of her between Joe Biden &#038; Jill Biden.<\/p>\n<p>One of Jennings\u2019s top deputies, Alexander Mackler, is even closer to the Biden family. From 2016 to 2016, he was the deputy counsel to Vice President Biden. He is also on close personal terms with Hunter Biden, exchanging hundreds of emails with tHe first son and his business associates over the years, according to Hunter\u2019s laptop.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Love you brother,&#8221; he <a href=\"https:\/\/bidenlaptopemails.com\/biden-emails\/email.php?id=20181016-091849_77708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Write<\/a> Hunter Biden Oct. 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Mackler and Jennings have kept their connections with the president. According to White House visitor logs Jennings visited White House on November 8, 2021. Mackler was there four times. On March 28, 2022, Mackler met with Steve Ricchetti (top Biden adviser).
