He said this had caused many people to become homeless and without power.<\/p>\n<p>Putin spoke at a meeting on restoring infrastructure and housing in the regions of southwest Russia, bordering Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Of course, the priority task is to eliminate the very possibility of shelling. But this is the business of the military department,&#8221; Putin made these remarks in remarks posted on the Kremlin&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>Although Ukraine has not claimed responsibility for Russian-Russian strikes, they have described them as &#8220;karma&#8221; Moscow&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine. It has destroyed cities in Ukraine and targeted its energy infrastructure. This has left people without power and water throughout winter.<\/p>\n<p>Putin mentioned the Russian regions of Belgorod and Bryansk as places where housing had been destroyed or damaged.<\/p>\n<p>People were facing &#8220;very acute&#8221; He stated that problems were inevitable and that repairs and compensation are necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Many people found themselves in a difficult situation, lost their homes, were forced to move to relatives or to temporary places of residence, faced interruptions in the supply of water, heat, and electricity,&#8221; He stated.<\/p>\n<p>Moscow expressed dismay at the frequent attacks on southern Russia that have resulted in strikes on electricity sub-stations, fuel depots, and other sites.
