That\u2019s according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2023\/01\/31\/hunter-biden-legal-defense-fund\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Washington Post<\/a>, which is reporting on how the president\u2019s degenerate son plans to pay the bills he\u2019s currently racking up.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be less than shocked to learn that the solution being readied isn\u2019t exactly above board.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hunter Biden faces mounting legal fees \u2014 in the millions for criminal tax case and coming congressional hearings. These include tax evasion and tax fraud as well as gun-purchase crimes. The money he made in a time when he was accused of selling access to his father is the first issue. This scandal has been extensively covered by RedState (see below). <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2022\/04\/09\/here-are-some-of-those-connections-to-hunters-business-that-joe-biden-has-been-denying-n548121\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2022\/05\/19\/nbc-drops-damning-info-about-hunter-and-china-that-blows-up-joes-lie-n566925\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here<\/a>And <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/nick-arama\/2022\/03\/26\/emails-reveal-hunter-biden-helped-get-millions-for-us-biolab-contractor-in-ukraine-n541204\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p data-testid=\"drop-cap-letter\" data-el=\"text\">Ask yourself, how could such a legal defense fund be anything but a scam with the understanding that it\u2019ll curry favor with Joe Biden? It\u2019s not like Hunter Biden is some persecuted politician with an army of supporters to donate. The only people giving to that fund would be high-rollers in the political arena, and high-rollers don\u2019t give away their money out of the goodness of their hearts.<\/p>\n<p data-testid=\"drop-cap-letter\" data-el=\"text\">I\u2019d also like to know how Hunter Biden has run up \u201cmillions\u201d in legal fees before he\u2019s even been charged with a crime and before the House GOP has issued its first subpoena. This revelation seems a little sketchy. I get that lawyers are expensive, but he hasn\u2019t had to actually defend himself from anything but public scrutiny yet, and I doubt the preliminary conversations his lawyers have had with the DOJ have totaled up to \u201cmillions\u201d Billable hours of up to $2,000<\/p>\n<p data-testid=\"drop-cap-letter\" data-el=\"text\">Something just doesn\u2019t feel right here. For everyone concerned, it should sound alarms if Hunter Biden attempts to establish a legal defense fund. You can\u2019t have the president\u2019s son taking large donations without the implication that something is expected in return. Perhaps the Bidens are too shameless to run such an scheme.
