Wade At the 50th Annual March for Life. This is the first year of a Post-March for life.Roe America will have more babies than ever before, which means that there will be many changes and policy proposals. Texas has been a leader in providing more resources for mothers and their children and it is continuing to do so. Roe It was overturned. The Texas Alternatives to Abortion Programs (A2A). It has been in force since 2005, and it is a testament to that.

A2A provides support for pregnant women and their families as well as parents who are considering adoption or have had a miscarriage. Counseling for mothers, parenting classes and job training are all part of the program. The program also provides material resources such as clothing and formula. It helps pregnant women connect to government assistance programs like WIC and Medicaid.

These Services They are provided by a variety of entities such as social service providers, adoption agencies and nonprofit pregnancy centers. A2A served 101,099 unduplicated clientele in the 2020 fiscal year. This is a 59 per cent increase over the previous year.

A2A was awarded $100 million by the Texas state legislature during the previous budget cycle. The legislature absolutely must vote to increase the budget this time around to meet expecting parents’ needs as the state sees a significant rise in births and a sharp drop in abortions.

The Texas legislature gave $80 million to A2A in 2020-2021 and $100 million in 2021-2022. We propose that funding should be increased in 2023 to support the expanded needs of Texas mothers and their babies in a post-9/11 Texas.Roe era.

In the midst of a recent Report Texas Heartbeat law has seen an increase in the number of Texas babies born since its adoption last year. State lawmakers have the opportunity to invest more in A2A programs and women and babies during this session.

With the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe After last summer’s decision that left abortion up to the individual states, prolife legislators need to refocus on family-centered initiatives and alternative abortion programs such as the A2A.

According to Data Dr. Michael J. The Texas Department of State Health Services collected the data. It shows that more births than the three-year average of 5,000 were recorded.

The Texas Heartbeat Law, which prohibits abortions after a fetal rhythm is detected, was passed by Texas in September 2021. Between the month of the new law’s enactment and January 2022, the number of abortions in Texas dropped by at least 10,000.

“This analysis shows that nearly 50 percent of the abortion-vulnerable children who were protected by the Texas Heartbeat Act were carried to term likely as a

Texas should increase funding in 2023 to accommodate the expanding needs of moms and their babies in post-Roe America.

https://cndimages.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/breaking-news/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/IMG_2758-scaled-1.jpg
[546
10155,6513,9024,10391,10276,3694
post-1831090","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-the-federalist","tag-babies","tag-funding","tag-moms","tag-post-roe","tag-prioritize","tag-texas
https://cndimages.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/breaking-news/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/IMG_2758-scaled-1.jpg
["GET
