It claimed it paid $9 billion in dividends to shareholders and that it spent $2 billion on its stock buybacks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2022 was a record-breaking year for Pfizer, not only in terms of revenue and earnings per share, which were the highest in our long history,\u201d The report included statements by Dr. Albert Bourla, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n<p>The $100 billion in sales was up $19 billion over\u00a02021, and Pfizer\u2019s operational growth was \u201cdriven primarily\u201d The filing stated that the COVID vaccine, called Comirnaty, and the oral COVID treatment, Paxlovid were both included in the filing.<\/p>\n<p>Even as COVID boosters have had mixed results in stopping the contraction and spread of COVID\u2013and have been linked to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/pfizers-updated-covid-booster-linked-to-potential-stroke-risk-cdc-launches-additional-investigation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cadverse reactions\u201d<\/a> which can be more serious than the risk of COVID itself\u2013Pfizer expects to make billions on COVID products in the upcoming year.<\/p>\n<p>Pfizer predicts that Comirnaty will represent 24% of the U.S. populaiton. \u201creceive a vaccine\u201d Each person receiving 1.3 doses will get a minimum of one dose in 2023. Pfizer is expected to dominate 64% of the market, which will result in $13.5 billion in revenue. That\u2019s down 64% compared to 2022, due to expected \u201clower compliance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Pfizer\u2019s own calculations seem to suggest little confidence in the vaccine\u2019s ability to prevent infection. It predicts that more people will develop COVID in 2023 as a result of the vaccine. \u201cwaning of population immune protection due to reduced vaccination rates\u201d\u2013but the increase in expected symptomatic COVID cases is negligible, from 110 million to 112 million worldwide (excluding China). According to the company, the vaccine reduces the severity of infection and decreases the chance of hospitalization.<\/p>\n<p>Pfizer claims that 17% will receive an oral antiviral medication. The market is 90% dominated by Paxlovid, which the company estimates. Pfizer expects to make $8 billion in revenue from that deal in 2023. The U.S. Government agreed to buy approximately 24 million doses Paxlovid. Part of the deal was made in December, despite the fact that the Food and Drug Administration had inked the deal in December. \u201cextended the review period\u201d for its New Drug Application. It said that although Pfizer currently has limited ability to market Paxlovid, it is expecting a government decision soon.<\/p>\n<p>Worldwide, revenues from COVID vaccines and treatments dwarfed those of Pfizer\u2019s other biopharmaceutical products, totaling $57 billion, with all of its cancer treatments combined bringing in only $12 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The sales of the vaccine are expected to increase by 2022 \u201cemerging markets\u201d Africa saw a decline in its value from $11.4 billion to $9.9B in 2021, while it grew in \u201cdeveloped Europe\u201d From $9.3 billion up to $10.8 billion, and in the \u201cdeveloped rest of the world\u201d From $8.1 billion to 8.3 bilion The U.S. saw sales rise from $7.8 billion up to $8.7billion.<\/p>\n<p>In \u201cRisks Related to Our Business, Industry and Operations, and Business Development,\u201d Pfizer noted \u201cthe possibility of unfavorable new pre-clinical, clinical or safety data and further analyses of existing pre-clinical, clinical or safety data or further information regarding the quality of pre-clinical, clinical or safety data\u201d  \u201cthe risk that more widespread use of Comirnaty, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 bivalent vaccine or Paxlovid will lead to new information about efficacy, safety or other developments, including the risk of additional adverse reactions, some of which may be serious.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This month, Project Veritas released video in which a man it identified as Jordon Trishton Walker, Pfizer\u2019s director of research and development, strategic operations \u2013 mRNA scientific planner, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/watch-pfizer-official-physically-assaults-james-okeefe-destroys-ipad-showing-undercover-recordings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Physically skirmished<\/a> with the undercover journalism group\u2019s founder in order to take in iPad which contained video of Walker saying that the company was considering \u201cdirected evolution\u201d The virus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the things we\u2019re exploring is like, why don\u2019t we just mutate it [COVID] ourselves so we could create \u2014 preemptively develop new vaccines, right?\u201d He stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t tell anyone.
