According to a Fox News report, Houck was accused by the Biden administration of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act), which criminalizes the use of force to injure or intimidate clinic workers. Houck explained that he was helping Bruce Love, a volunteer, defend his son.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He is about a foot away from my son after already having one altercation with him,&#8221; Houck began to recall\u00a0the incident to &#8220;Hannity.&#8221; &#8220;He&#8217;s making my son extremely nervous.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When Houck\u2019s son moved behind him, he could tell his boy was &#8220;visibly scared&#8221; They were still subject to insults. Next thing I know, he turns around and he&#8217;s talking to my son again and then you see the push.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/pro-life-activist-mark-houck-pleads-not-guilty-federal-charges-fbi-arrest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>pro-lifer<\/u><\/a> He had many encounters throughout his life, but this was his first volunteer opportunity. &#8220;overstepped his bounds&#8221; and the boy\u00a0became &#8220;bait for him.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A SWAT Team of around 25 people shockingly showed up at Houck\u2019s house pounding on the family\u2019s door.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They said they were going to break in if he didn&#8217;t open it,&#8221; Ryan-Marie&#8217;s wife previously spoke out about Catholic News Agency. &#8220;and then they had about five guns pointed at my husband, myself and basically at my kids.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/download\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>CLICK HERE FOR THE FOX NEWS APP<\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Now the family\u2019s ordeal is finally put to rest after the jury took about an hour to find him not guilty.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What we did was win a big victory for the pro-life movement against the Biden administration,&#8221;\u00a0Peter Breen, EVP and head of litigation at the Thomas More Society,\u00a0reflected. &#8220;They were trying to scare pro-lifers from coming out on the sidewalks and being active.
