He was also sued by his former record labels Interscope Records and Nothing Records. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/marilyn-manson-sued-sexual-assault-minor-1234670671\/\">Rolling Stone<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>Among the other charges against Warner are sexual battery, intentional infliction and emotional distress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile on the tour bus, Defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration,\u201d These are the claims in the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Doe is alleged to have first encountered the singer when she was 16 years old, at a Dallas, Texas concert in 1995. She claims that the defendant invited Doe. \u201cand one of the other younger girls\u201d After waiting outside, the artist asked us to get in the bus.<\/p>\n<p>Doe claims that Warner threatened Doe after a member of the band witnessed Doe sexually assault her. \u201cif she told anyone, he would kill her and her family,\u201d This is the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Doe was given a 1-800 number by an employee of the singer to get in touch with the band and have a second meeting with her. Plaintiff claims Warner also reached out to her online to request explicit images of her with her friends.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit also records a second assault, when Doe, then 16, was convinced by the singer that he would take her to New Orleans for a concert. \u201cgroomed\u201d She will be able to compliment her art.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the lawsuit claims the defendant\u2019s record labels \u201cwere well-aware\u201d of Warner\u2019s \u201cobsession with sexual violence and childhood sexual assault.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDefendants Interscope and Nothing Records were aware of Defendant Warner\u2019s practice of sexually assaulting minors, and aided and abetted such behavior,\u201d This is the lawsuit. \u201cAs a result of Brian Warner\u2019s sexual abuse and assault, enabled and encouraged by Defendants Interscope and Nothing Records, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional, physical, and psychological distress, including shame, and guilt, economic loss, economic capacity and emotional loss.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis suit by this survivor is a giant step in bringing light and heat to an industry that has been hiding perils in plain sight,\u201d Jeff Anderson, Doe&#8217;s attorney said so in a statement to Rolling Stone. \u201cIt\u2019s time to face the music. New laws give survivors the time to take real action for justice and protection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful to the survivors and so many others who now align with us to expose the predators and those in the music industry that have \u2026 permitted, promoted, and profiteered from his violence against the vulnerable,\u201d Anderson continues.<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff seeks unspecified damages, which a trial will determine. \u201corder enjoining Defendants from future unlawful business practices including, but not limited to, exposing minors and vulnerable adults to sexual abuse and exploitation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Representatives of Manson and the record label did not respond immediately to inquiries for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, who founded Nothing Records, responded to a claim in Manson\u2019s 1998 autobiography \u201cThe Long Hard Road Out of Hell\u201d Two years ago, it was stated that the two musicians had allegedly assaulted a woman in 1990.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been vocal over the years about my dislike of Manson as a person and cut ties with him nearly 25 years ago,\u201d According to Rolling Stone, Reznor stated the following: \u201cAs I said at the time, the passage from Manson\u2019s memoir is a complete fabrication. I was infuriated and offended back when it came out and remain so today.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Manson has been accused of sexual misconduct several times in recent years by more than two dozen women, including actress Evan Rachel Wood and Game of Thrones actress Esm\u00e9 Bianco, who have described similar patterns of sexual and physical abuse from the singer.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley Morgan Smithline, model, filed a lawsuit against Manson. She claimed that he had raped and abused his victim multiple times between 2010-2013.
