She was 54.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/01\/29\/priscilla-presley-contests-lisa-marie-presleys-will\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Report<\/a> From entertainment website Page Six, Presley (77) has asked the court to determine \u201cthe authenticity and validity\u201d of the amendment \u2014 which removed both Presley and Lisa Marie\u2019s former business manager Barry Siegel as trustees and replaced them with her two children from her first marriage \u2014 Riley and Benjamin Keough. But since Benjamin\u2019s death by suicide in 2020, it left her daughter Riley as the sole trustee.<\/p>\n<p>Page Six has obtained court documents that show that Siegel and Presley were first named trustees in 1993 when Lisa Marie died. \u201cexecuted a revocable living trust, which she amended and completely restated on Jan. 27, 2010.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Presley claimed that she had not ever seen the 2016 amendment until after her daughter\u2019s passing and alleged in the court filing that the signature did not appear valid and may have even included a misspelling of her daughter\u2019s name. It \u201cappears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature,\u201d She claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Further <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2023\/01\/30\/lisa-marie-presley-life-insurance-policy-death-money-priscilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reporting<\/a> from entertainment site TMZ revealed that Lisa Marie had been several million dollars in debt when she died \u2014 allegedly owing more than $2 million to the IRS alone \u2014 but she also had some $35 million in life insurance.
