Last Thursday, Colorado\u2019s Court of Appeals <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/01\/26\/colorado-condemns-jack-phillips-for-being-a-devout-christian-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ruled <\/a>He must make a transgender celebration dessert or face legal consequences that go beyond the 11-years of age <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/01\/17\/lgbt-activists-have-been-using-courts-to-harass-this-christian-baker-for-ten-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Legal and social harassment<\/a> he\u2019s already endured \u2014 and counting.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. Constitution clearly protects freedom of speech as well as freedom of Christian worship. The Supreme Court has ruled that the First Amendment is valid beyond Congress and is applicable to all state governments. \u201cCongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>U.S. governments cannot prohibit free expression of religion or freedom of speech. On both these counts, Phillips\u2019 rights are clear and ought to be secured by courts. <\/p>\n<p>However, Phillips&#8217; natural human rights were systematically violated by the U.S. Supreme Court and the whole machinery of Colorado courts. In 2018, the Supreme Court ruled in Phillips\u2019 favor, yet in such a narrow ruling as to allow a venomous transgender activist to immediately <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/01\/17\/lgbt-activists-have-been-using-courts-to-harass-this-christian-baker-for-ten-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bring him back to court<\/a> Phillips was then asked to bake a transgender celebrations cake.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the Supreme Court rebuked the Colorado judicial apparatus for expressing clear animus against Phillips\u2019 Christian beliefs. The Supreme Court did not back the First Amendment protections which should have allowed Phillips to worship God in peace and bake whatever he pleases. So Phillips has been made an example by the rapacious LGBT lobby whose end goals are erasing Americans\u2019 free speech and religious exercise rights as well as inserting government meddling into every personal relationship, all marks of totalitarianism.<\/p>\n<p>While allowing this anti-freedom and unconstitutional regime to thrive, the Supreme Court tried to control it by weakening and ineffectually preventing it from becoming a reality. The court\u2019s bench, however, has been significantly altered since 2018. And another case is pending before the court that allows it the opportunity to right its 2018 refusal to clearly back free speech and freedom of religious exercise in the United States, in line with the clear wording of the nation\u2019s supreme law, the U.S. Constitution. <\/p>\n<p>It is a case of <em>303 Creative V. Elenis<\/em>Another Coloradan, a Coloradan woman, has been accused of being a traitor to her faith. This case concerns a Christian website designer for weddings.
