The despite using fake pretenses to invade Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/2023\/01\/putin-will-flip-ukraine-could-soon-be-flooded-with-the-worlds-best-tanks\/\">Russian autocrat<\/a> he directed most of his warring rhetoric towards Western governments.\n<\/p>\n<p>To unite the multipolar world and end American hegemony, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/2023\/01\/why-is-putin-building-correctional-centers-in-ukraine\/\">Russian President<\/a> Has attempted to form a group of countries that will fight the West. These ambitions were not realized, and the people he believed to be allies have not supported the war in the way he hoped.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the beginning stages of the war, Putin tried to convince CTSO member countries such as Kazakhstan. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.19fortyfive.com\/2022\/12\/will-belarus-get-dragged-into-the-war-in-ukraine\/\">Belarus<\/a> to send troops to join the invasion. They have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/europe\/serbia-wont-recognise-results-russias-referendums-ukraine-vucic-2022-09-28\/\">Refused<\/a> to recognize Russia\u2019s annexations as it affects the fate of Kosovo, which Belgrade is still interested in governing again one day.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Iran<\/h2>\n<p>Iran is today one of the most rogue regimes. It has also been one of Russia&#8217;s biggest supporters of military technology. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/pauliddon\/2023\/01\/08\/iran-might-be-waiting-until-october-to-supply-russia-deadlier-drones-and-missiles-for-ukraine\/?sh=21830a6979f7\">Sending<\/a> The Shahed drones, and possibly ballistic missiles. Although this may seem like Iran is providing support, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibtimes.com\/iran-confirms-it-opposes-war-refuses-recognize-russian-annexation-ukraine-regions-3659030\">Refused<\/a> to recognize Russia\u2019s annexations and stated they will not anytime in the future.\n<\/p>\n<p>Handling different a href=&#8221;https:\/\/www.atlanticcouncil.org\/blogs\/iransource\/the-balkanization-of-iran-is-a-fantasy-heres-why\/&#8221;>separatist Movements<\/a>Iran is not in a position to recognize illegal land grabs. Their support is insignificant as Russia remains isolated from the international community, despite having one of the most deplorable economies on the planet.<\/p>\n<h2>Belarus<\/h2>\n<p>Alexander Lukashenko, Belarus&#8217; dictator, was privy to Russian military operations throughout the invasion. Allowing\u00a0the Kremlin\u00a0to use his country as a <a href=\"https:\/\/foreignpolicy.com\/2022\/02\/24\/russia-ukraine-war-belarus-chernobyl-lukashenko\/\">launching pad<\/a>Tens of thousands RF poured into Ukraine from Belarusian borders.
