Some of the notes related to his family, while others described his current experiences and thoughts about his time as vice-president. Although it is not clear how many notebooks were taken, the FBI claimed that they had a substantial number. <\/p>\n<p>Notebooks that contain notes about personal matters mixed with notes on government business will likely be considered personal property, provided Biden has not shared the notebooks with government employees during his tenure as vice president. Jason R. Baron (former director of litigation at National Archives) said that the notebooks could have been considered official records if Biden shared them with staff. <\/p>\n<p>The FBI searched Biden\u2019s home in Wilmington, <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/delaware\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Delaware<\/a>Any records that could be traced back to his time as vice-president on January 20, 2000, should be sent to.
