Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., by name Friday on &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/shows\/varney-co\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Varney &#038; Co.<\/a>&#8220;, as well as anti-business leaders for punishing American success.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Most of the venture capital for the last 40, 50 years, since the mid-1950s was highlighted in places like Silicon Valley and around the Boston area. So Massachusetts, New York, California. If you&#8217;re a successful entrepreneur there, Elizabeth Warren&#8217;s policy super taxes you. You&#8217;re punished for success. Forget that. I&#8217;m going to go to North Dakota.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;Leary got his first hint about the Midwest state\u2019s profitability after striking a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/economy\/shark-tanks-robert-herjavec-most-worried-feds-maniacal-rate-hikes-weakening-economy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Shark Tank&#8221; deal<\/a> With a Fargo-based company.
