Holmes and Amy Robach anchor Friday&#8217;s show following an alleged affair.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter several productive conversations with Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, about different options, we all agreed it\u2019s best for everyone that they move on from ABC News,\u201d ABC News spokesperson <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/tj-holmes-amy-robach-exit-abc-news-decision-1235303357\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a>. \u201cWe recognize their talent and commitment over the years and are thankful for their contributions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following an internal investigation of the matter, they were removed from the network.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Mail was published on November 30, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/gma-co-anchors-both-married-canned-after-report-of-clandestine-affair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Publiziert<\/a> An exclusive report claims that the anchors, who were both married and had children, were \u201clocked in a passionate romance despite both being married to their respective spouses for the past 12 years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kim Godwin, ABC News President, stated that the couple had been expelled following the revelation. \u201cinternal and external distraction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Godwin claimed that the relationship did not violate company policy.
