I\u2019m not talking about the people who record themselves for one set to check their form. What I\u2019m talking about is the overwhelming number of social media influencers and wannabe influencers who set up a camera, record every part of their workout, and then post it on social media at the expense of making everyone else in the gym uncomfortable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jessica Fernandez&#8217;s viral TikTok is a perfect example of why recording workouts must stop. Fernandez calls an unidentified man and asks him to help her load plates at the gym. \u201cferal\u201d You can also find out more about a \u201cstupid piece of f-cking sh-t.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fernandez said that the man who seemed to be in his own world was looking at Fernandez. \u201clike a piece of meat\u201d During her exercise. Fernandez can be seen lying through her teeth and delusional. Her poor man was not inappropriate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Her video has since been deleted after multiple users called out Fernandez for baselessly trying to destroy the man\u2019s reputation, complaining about \u201csexualization\u201d When she sexualizes all the time\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fanhouse.app\/jessica.frndz\/fanwall\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fanhouse<\/a>\u00a0(A competitor app to OnlyFans) and discrediting women who have\u00a0<em>Actually<\/em>\u00a0At the gym, harassed\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis guy kept making me extremely uncomfortable at the gym,\u201d Fernandez wrote the caption. Fernandez wrote in the caption.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>TikTok has a whole genre of gym girls who pretend to be harassed at the gym. The women will record their workouts, and then point out the aforementioned.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Cn2ptDdPatF\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">man<\/a>\u00a0Then, they benignly look in their direction and then proceed with a video degrading that man for being an a \u201ccreep.\u201d Women who wear gym clothes can also be described as &#8220;nothing&#8221;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CmUy9HAPA5I\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">other than underwear<\/a>Yet, they still record and vilify those who look at them.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can even have entire social media profiles dedicated to secretly recording.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Cn0owDVOUeI\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ridiculing<\/a>\u00a0People are criticized for their inability to use or lack of strength when using gym equipment. Many male gym influencers, despite being illegal, will film and upload themselves in locker rooms without anyone knowing.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CnxbNKlJPOT\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">people<\/a>\u00a0These are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Cm2RR4SJD6m\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">changing<\/a>\u00a0The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Cmkf3rspjLz\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">background<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s a disturbing level of narcissism and entitlement that comes from gym influencers. You can see dozens of videos where influencers get angry at people who walk in their shots.\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/ClUfqPeP1jL\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">using<\/a>\u00a0Equipment they desire.<\/p>\n<p>Many people begin going to the gym due to their weight or weakness. It takes a lot of courage to enter the gym when you\u2019re starting from zero, which can be embarrassing and discomforting. To make it worse, gym novices are being intimidated and treated disrespectfully by toxic fitness influencers.
