And they\u2019re going to be told one day they\u2019re going to have somebody that just doesn\u2019t agree morally with what they\u2019re doing. And they\u2019re going to have somebody do the same situation and I don\u2019t think any mom, any dad, anybody in the position that I\u2019m in should be going through that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Triece claimed last year that she dresses properly on school grounds. Circuit Judge Paetra Cooklee decided she was right. \u201cdoes not have an unequivocal legal right to participate\u201d In the school program.<\/p>\n<p>According to the new lawsuit, an anonymous email sent by a parent to school claimed that Triece had attached explicit images. \u201ccirculated \u2026 to OCPS staff and employees that were not in need of the information,\u201d According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/news\/orange-county\/os-ne-victoria-triece-onlyfans-ocps-volunteer-lawsuit-20230125-gtjok6vvczhf5d76hmysyw2c7q-story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orlando Sentinel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>By the time Sand Lake Elementary Principal Kathleen Phillips was apprised of Triece\u2019s racy vocation, Triece had been volunteering for five years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I became a mother \u2026 (my children) became my whole life, so I wanted to obviously be involved in every part of their world, whether that\u2019s at school, at home, in just everything,\u201d Triece spoke in October 2021. \u201cSo I knew from when I had kids, I\u2019m going to be the room parent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat she was doing, what she does in her off-time, it\u2019s not illegal. But yet, we have a morality police with the Orange County School Board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision,\u201d NeJame said that Triece&#8217;s criminal record was the reason she should be banned.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fact is we\u2019re going to be seeking maximum damages and then allow a jury to determine what it costs somebody to be taken from their child, what it costs somebody not to be able to participate in their child\u2019s lives, what it costs somebody to be having this publicly exposed,\u201d NeJame has been added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 31-year-old heavily tattooed mom who posts racy photos of herself on OnlyFans is suing her children\u2019s school district because they banned her as a volunteer.
