He was unconscious when police arrived at his location, which is fifty-four floors below street level.<br \/>\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are truly heartbroken at the situation that occurred this evening outside our rooftop bar,&#8221;\u00a0In a statement, Tom Blundell, general manager of Hyatt Centric Times Square, said that.\u00a0&#8220;and we are keeping the victim\u2019s family and friends in our thoughts and hearts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are working closely with local authorities,&#8221; he added. &#8220;Safety and well-being for all of our colleagues, hotel guests and Bar 54 guests is a top priority. We will, therefore, keep the outdoor bar&#8217;s door locked at all times due to this tragic incident.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/25\/founder-of-investment-firm-46-plunges-to-death-from-nyc-rooftop-bar\/?utm_campaign=iphone_nyp&#038;utm_source=Slack\">New York Post<\/a> reports, court documents show the man and his wife had filed for divorce on Tuesday. In 2008, police were called to their home twice after reports of domestic disputes, one of which was said to have been regarding financial matters.<\/p>\n<p>This marks the second time in four months that someone has met their demise from <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/nyc-health-clinics-gives-away-free-abortion-pills-mayor-brags-no-other-city-in-the-nation-has-program\">NYC<\/a>The highest rooftop bar in the city.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The October edition of the Aspire <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/nyc-man-pleads-guilty-to-hate-crime-killing-of-elderly-asian-man\">NYC<\/a> model Elizabeth Gaglewski <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/25\/founder-of-investment-firm-46-plunges-to-death-from-nyc-rooftop-bar\/?utm_campaign=iphone_nyp&#038;utm_source=Slack\">fell<\/a> Over the railing, she fell to the 27th Floor where she was declared dead.
