Saldana was not the only star who could be bankrolled. \u201cAvatar\u2019s\u201d Success, her other three films include: \u201cAvatar\u201d Marvel&#8217;s original film, which was released in 2009, had two big box office hits and was a huge success for Marvel. \u201cAvengers: Infinity War\u201d In 2018 and the next year, the last film in the \u201cAvengers\u201d franchise, \u201cAvengers: Endgame\u201d In 2019.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Zoey Saladana is the first actor to have appeared in four movies grossing more than $2Billion.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/8hFFW3X8NY\">https:\/\/t.co\/8hFFW3X8NY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Goandbewild (@goandbewild) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/goandbewild\/status\/1617343033430937603?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 23, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Saldana, who plays Neytiri \u201cAvatar\u201d Films, spoken to recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essence.com\/celebrity\/zoe-saldana-first-actor-4-films-2-billion\/\">ESSENCE<\/a> Magazine ahead of the publication of the \u201cAvatar\u201d sequel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKnowing that at 27 years old I was seen by James Cameron and he thought that I had what it took to become Neytiri,\u201d Saldana shared. \u201cI just ran for the hills I tell you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just ran with it and I gave 120 percent every single day,\u201d She continued. \u201cI haven\u2019t stopped doing that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And given the superstar actress\u2019 upcoming projects, she has a chance to make history once more following the release of the highly-anticipated third and final installment in the \u201cGuardians of the Galaxy\u201d franchise, where she will be reprising her role as Gamora \u201cGuardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.\u201d Her participation in future projects is also possible \u201cAvatar\u201d sequels.<\/p>\n<p>The success of \u201cAvatar: The Way of Water\u201d Cameron, the director, has been made a historical figure by becoming the first director to ever have three films that are $2 billion dollars in his impressive resume. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/james-cameron-becomes-only-director-with-3-films-grossing-2b-worldwide-following-success-of-avatar-the-way-of-water\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After the enormous success of the film, the distinction was given to the Canadian filmmaker, aged 68. \u201cAvatar\u201d After its December 2022 release, sequel surpassed the $2B mark at the worldwide box office.
