They come in and in and in,\u201d She spoke. \u201cI have enough nieces and nephews to know that I don\u2019t have the tolerance for that kind of line of questioning about things that I really don\u2019t even know the answers to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-reader-unique-id=\"27\">\u201cAnd at a certain age when you don\u2019t know, you know, the answers to questions, it\u2019s too embarrassing to ask questions,\u201d She went on. \u201cYou know, you just have to pretend, you know. And, I talk about a story that I didn\u2019t know \u2014 and this is true \u2014 I didn\u2019t know until I was 40 years old that the sun and the moon were not the same thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-reader-unique-id=\"28\">Fallon stated that the story is difficult to believe given its obviousness to most people.<\/p>\n<p data-reader-unique-id=\"29\">\u201cIt was shocking to me as well,\u201d Handler said. \u201cMy older sister, Simone looked up at the sky and she said, \u2018Chelsea, Chelsea, look up. It\u2019s not often you get to see the sun and the moon at the same time.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-reader-unique-id=\"32\">\u201cAnd I was like Scooby-Doo,\u201d Handler continued. \u201cI said it \u2014 I go, \u2018Wait, I go, but they\u2019re always together.\u2019 And as soon as I said that, she turned around, she goes, \u2018What did you say?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-reader-unique-id=\"33\">Handler said she \u201cjust tried to gloss over it,\u201d but her sister wouldn\u2019t let it go.<\/p>\n<p data-reader-unique-id=\"34\">\u201cI was like, \u2018Nevermind what I said, I know,\u2019 And she said, \u2018No, I need you to tell me what you think is happening between the sun and the moon,\u2019\u201d Handler said. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018Honestly, I just assumed when the sun went down, it popped back up as the moon.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leftist Chelsea Handler claimed during an interview this week that she had no idea she was taking diabetic medication.
