Instead, Joe Biden sold oil to the Chinese Communist Party when the CCP was stockpiling oil for its own strategic use, and while Americans are paying higher and higher prices for fuel because of the Biden administration\u2019s disastrous energy policies,\u201d Cruz said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Biden Administration has released over 250 million barrels oil. It was meant to be used in the event of a natural catastrophe that disrupts oil production or gas supply.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden Administration ordered the Department of Energy to drill into SPR in November 2021. They claimed it was an ad hoc operation. \u201cmajor effort to moderate the price of oil\u201d American motorists will also be able to pump less.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the House Oversight Committee reported on the Biden DOE selling nearly a million barrels SPR oil directly to Unipec America. Unipec America was a company controlled by the CCP.
