It showed Pelosi being struck with a hammer.<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi, the husband of Nancy Pelosi (D\u2013CA) was attacked by a nudist militant on October 28th. The activist broke into Pelosi&#8217;s home to kidnap Nancy, the prosecutors stated in a pretrial hearing. After he couldn&#8217;t locate his wife, the 42-year old activist was identified by prosecutors as David DePape.<\/p>\n<p>DePape <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/suspected-paul-pelosi-attacker-david-depape-pleads-not-guilty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pleaded<\/a> He is not guilty of all charges. This includes both federal and state charges. To set a trial date, he is expected to appear at state court on 23 February. He is currently in prison without bail.<\/p>\n<p>According to authorities, the attacker entered the Pelosi residence at around 2:30 AM local time the night before the attack. Pelosi was seen fighting with an assailant, and then the police saw the assailant. \u201cviolently assault\u201d Pelosi and the police <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/11\/03\/politics\/paul-pelosi-out-of-hospital\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi was treated in a hospital following the attack. \u201csuccessful surgery to repair a skull fracture and serious injuries to his right arm and hands,\u201d Nancy Pelosi spokeswoman at the time.<\/p>\n<p>DePape broke in the house shouting \u201cWhere\u2019s Nancy?\u201d An affidavit from the court.<\/p>\n<p>DePape informed first responders on the scene that he was sick from the \u201clevel of lies\u201d Politicians in Washington, D.C. \u201ccame here to have a little chat with [Paul Pelosi\u2019s] wife,\u201d According to a court filing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t really want to hurt him, but you know this was a suicide mission. I\u2019m not going to stand here and do nothing even if it cost me my life,\u201d According to the filing, DePape stated.<\/p>\n<p>DePape was alleged to have also planned to target other prominent figures.
