The guide says\u00a0<\/span><span>\u201cEnsure that education officials do not reveal a student\u2019s sexual orientation or gender identity without the student\u2019s permission \u2013 even to the student\u2019s family. Students may elect to hide their sexual orientation or gender identity from family and close friends, which makes it imperative that educators respect students\u2019 right to privacy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\"><span>The guide also explains how it helps fulfill USAID\u2019s mission, remarking \u201cPromoting equity and inclusion is a key principle \u2026 and reflects USAID\u2019s commitment to reach marginalized populations.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p><span>The document also includes a section that adds\u00a0<\/span><span>\u201cEfforts to improve the learning outcomes and expand access to quality, equitable, and inclusive education of LGBTQI+ students across the education continuum directly support the U.S. Government Strategy on International Basic Education and USAID Education Policy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The guide also tells education officials how to use the guide. \u201c<\/span>Provide inclusion-focused professional development programs for educators,\u201d \u201cPromote the concepts of diversity, inclusion, and respect,\u201d And \u201cCreate an inclusive curriculum and learning material.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span>The <\/span><span>USAID&#8217;s mission<\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usaid.gov\/about-us\/mission-vision-values\"> is<\/a> To \u201cpromote and demonstrate democratic values abroad, and advance a free, peaceful, and prosperous world.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_23046453\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/GettyImages-1242434401-e1673785365951.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23046453\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/GettyImages-1242434401-e1673785365951.jpg\" alt=\"England fans with Transgender Pride flags in the stands after an open training session at Twickenham Stadium, London. (Photo by Andrew Matthews\/PA Images via Getty Images<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>The guide also mentions that it \u201cwas produced with the inputs of countless USAID colleagues, including many members of the Agency\u2019s Inclusive Development Hub (DDI\/ID) and the Center for Education (DDI\/ED).\u201d It also contains the following: \u201cBrett Jones served as the lead researcher and author with the support of Anthony Cotton, Josh Josa, and Stephen Leonelli.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p><span>Meanwhile, <\/span><span>USAID grants<\/span><span> Support an adviser for LGBTQI programs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/social-justice\/2023\/01\/24\/usaid-spend-up-969k-lgbtqi-program-adviser\/\">lists<\/a> Breitbart News identified Leonelli as the recipient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Breitbart News reported previously that the State Department <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/social-justice\/2022\/12\/21\/state-department-awards-30k-grant-pro-trans-group-kyrgyzstan\/\">awarded<\/a> A $30,000 grant<\/span><span> An organization that promotes transgender ideology within the predominantly Muslim nation of Kyrgyzstan. A report by the organization also revealed that it received a guide. \u201cvaluable comments and inputs\u201d Leonelli\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>USAID has a guide available. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/glsen\/\">cites<\/a> The Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (<\/span><span>GLSEN<\/span><span>), which works to embed leftist gender theory into classrooms. Breitbart News reported on the encouragement of schools to join the organization. <\/span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/education\/2023\/01\/03\/pro-transgender-organization-urges-schools-to-celebrate-trans-holidays\/\">practice<\/a> Holidays<\/span><span> They celebrate transgenderism, sexuality, pronouns, or drag performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>GLSEN has also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/education\/2022\/12\/29\/pro-trans-organization-pushes-transgender-inclusive-math\/\">sought<\/a> To make <\/span><span>Math classes \u201cinclusive\u201d<\/span><span> Students who are transgender and non-binary. The organization also has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/education\/2022\/12\/29\/general-motors-funds-effort-embed-pro-transgender-books-classrooms\/\">received <\/a><\/span><span>General Motors provides support<\/span><span> Their \u201crainbow library\u201d Program that provides pro-trans books for elementary school classrooms.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\"><span>Previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/12\/28\/cdc-pushes-teachers-to-measure-commitment-to-lgbtq-inclusivity-instruction\/\">reporting<\/a><\/span><span> Breitbart News reported that the Center for Disease Control has released an \u201cassessment tool\u201d Teachers can measure their commitment. \u201cLGBTQ Inclusivity.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p><b><i>Spencer Lindquist reports for Breitbart news.
