However, he\u2019s consistently criticized his progressive left-wing compatriots, including the President himself, regarding the ideology pushed in schools.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">You\u2019d think this would cause his fellow liberals to pause and ask themselves, \u201cBill Maher says we\u2019re ruining children and pushing insane theories\u2026 perhaps we should reevaluate.\u201d However, this would mean that they have to be concerned about the consequences of the nonsense that they routinely spew on the minds of the most vulnerable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mr. Maher feels so strongly about what is happening with kids these days that he opened his season premiere episode this last Friday on a discussion of schools \u2013 not the classified docudrama, not the war in Ukraine \u2013 our schools. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This is a sign that one of my favourite comedians still has his finger on what everyday Americans care about.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BILL MAHER &#8220;On the Left, there is rot, and it comes from academia, and it filters down.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/5RcAbi6SEu\">pic.twitter.com\/5RcAbi6SEu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DailyCaller\/status\/1617640406556225536?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 23, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is possible to own it<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It\u2019s pretty incredible to watch a famous liberal say without hesitation what all of us parents have known for years. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bill Maher opened his season premier railing on his party\u2019s culpability in the state of our education system, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/bill-maher-says-biden-administration-pushing-trans-indoctrination-kids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stating<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c\u2026anything that has to do with schools or education is something really the Democrats have to answer for because they control it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"subscribe\" class=\"email-signup inarticle\">\n<h4>Support Conservative Voices!<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Get the most recent news by signing up<\/strong> Get political news, insights, and commentary directly to your inbox<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Oh Bill, it&#8217;s so good! I\u2019ve been singing this same song since I was in school, which was over twenty years ago for those curious.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bill Maher\u2019s guests discussed this issue, touching on various aspects, from the decline in good behavior to gender ideology and the youth transitioning movement. Andrew Sullivan was a substack writer who, as Bill Maher noted in his show, is openly gay. He criticized the liberal educational system. <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/21\/bill-maher-biden-all-in-on-trans-indoctrination-of-kids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">explaining<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cThey\u2019re telling that people can choose to be a boy or girl or neither or both or something else entirely. That is a lie. You can\u2019t. Mr. Maher was the most prominent figure in this discussion. <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/21\/bill-maher-biden-all-in-on-trans-indoctrination-of-kids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stating<\/a> that:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c\u2026I think the Biden administration is all-in on that.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BILL MAHER &#8220;Biden administration is ALL-IN,&#8221; Pushing the tans ideology upon children <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/tIWjtdKWo1\">pic.twitter.com\/tIWjtdKWo1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DailyCaller\/status\/1617582304234442752?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 23, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bill\u2019s other guest, Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/01\/23\/bill-maher-transgender-ideology-biden-admin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">explained<\/a> The idea of a transitioning youth to adulthood is being promoted as a valid medical option.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cThey\u2019re training these medical students to say that puberty blockers are reversible.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bill Maher added a bit of irony to the conversation:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c\u2026and this is coming from the \u2018we\u2019re the science people.&#8217;\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">But is Bill right? Joe Biden or Bill? \u2018all-in\u2019 What do you think about the youth movement for transition? Have he drank the rainbow koolaid after his evening meal of pudding?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Of course, he has; the combination of Joe Biden\u2019s lust for power and the apparent deterioration of his brain makes him easily susceptible to this nonsense. One such document was <a href=\"https:\/\/opa.hhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-03\/gender-affirming-care-young-people-march-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">titled<\/a> \u2018Gender Affirming Care and Young People,\u2019 A subset of the office is dedicated to mental healthcare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nctsn.org\/sites\/default\/files\/resources\/fact-sheet\/gender-affirming-care-is-trauma-informed-care.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">releasing<\/a> Another document called \u2018Gender-Affirming Care Is Trauma-Informed Care.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Within these documents, the President\u2019s DHHS recommends everything from puberty blockers to \u2018top-surgery\u2019  \u2018bottom surgery\u2019 For adolescents. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A video was also posted by the President to support this guidance. \u201chas their back\u201d And followed up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-administration-transgender-agenda-youth-sex-change-hormone-therapy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">telling parents<\/a> that:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201c\u2026affirming your child\u2019s identity is one of the most powerful things you can do to keep them safe.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Transgender Americans, of all ages: I want you to know how brave you are. You belong. You are my friend. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mD4F0m3rU1\">pic.twitter.com\/mD4F0m3rU1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 President Biden (@POTUS) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/POTUS\/status\/1509532210495254528?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 31, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For a moment, think about this. The President of the United States believes that allowing your child to use dangerous hormones that can cause irreparable damage and eventually causing them to mutilate or sterilize their bodies is one of the best ways to keep them safe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Yeah, I\u2019d say he\u2019s all in. There\u2019s a great story in, surprisingly, a New York Times article that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/01\/22\/us\/gender-identity-students-parents.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">highlights<\/a> a mother who would\u2019ve supported her child, but was never able to support her child\u2019s transition because the school kept the information from her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">When the New York Times is critical of a left-wing concept, it\u2019s time to do some self-reflection, guys. Maybe you believe this is just a crazy example of local schools going off-track.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, they didn\u2019t get the idea of keeping pertinent information from parents on their own. The Biden administration\u2019s Education Department released a <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.ed.gov\/about\/offices\/list\/ocr\/docs\/ed-factsheet-transgender-202106.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">memo<\/a> called \u2018Fact Sheet on Transgender Students\u2019 that states as a recommendation for schools to keep students\u2019 pronoun choices private.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The President\u2019s Secretary of Education, Miguel Cardona, when grilled by Congressman Jim Banks on whether he believes parents should be kept in the dark about their child\u2019s transition, gave the following cagey <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mainstreet-nashville.com\/cardona-refuses-to-say-if-schools-should-tell-parents-about-gender-transitions\/article_d7cd25fe-dd4c-11ec-ad6d-d7600c7e2d03.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">answer<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cOur schools are safe places for our students, and our teachers are often the front-liners when it comes to supporting our students when they have issues in their lives.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The short answer is that he thinks parents should be kept informed. The arrogance to say that teachers are often the front-liners on students\u2019 life issues as if that\u2019s a good thing is appalling.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Parents\u2019 voices matter. Bill Maher&#8217;s voice must be heard and supported. I will continue to support him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Left-wing activists demanded his cancellation last year when he stated on precisely <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/05\/27\/left-wing-critics-says-bill-maher-should-be-canceled-over-lgbtq-comments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> On his show:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cWe\u2019re literally experimenting on children.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">They were unable to cancel him, but they will try again. Last week, he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/bill-mahers-attack-woke-school-indoctrination-how-much-control-democrats-culture-critics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> What schools actually teach \u201coutrageous\u201d  \u201csomebody needs to answer for it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;I don\u2019t get parents who will not let their 9 year old walk to the corner wearing a helmet and Epipen.<br \/>(..)
