The fourth suspect is still at large.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The three suspects range in age from 15 to 17 years. They have not yet been charged for any crimes.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">After Andrew Cuomo, the former Democratic governor signed a bail reform law into 2019 that abolished cash bail for most misdemeanors but not all felonies.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;I want someone to be held responsible, but really what I want is some sort of change. I don\u2019t want this to happen to somebody else, and I don\u2019t think necessarily just these kids getting in trouble,&#8221; Klotz said. &#8220;Like, where\u2019s the structural things?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Eric Adams, the Democrat mayor of New York City was called by the weatherman to do &#8220;something more long-term&#8221; Information about the crime wave within the city<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It can be difficult to get suspects charged. <em>Post<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/24\/nypd-photo-shows-fourth-suspect-in-subway-beatdown-of-fox-weatherman\/amp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/01\/24\/nypd-photo-shows-fourth-suspect-in-subway-beatdown-of-fox-weatherman\/amp\/&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1674678735984000&#038;usg=AOvVaw3jsKMWiCcP5P-HradpMG6F\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Three young thugs have been released already &#8220;juvenile reports&#8221; Klotz will only be charged if Klotz lodges a complaint with the City Department of Probation. This would decide if the case would be referred to the Law Department.
