He never did anything knowingly dishonest in his life. Leave him alone!!!\u201d Trump posted to his social media website, Truth Social.<\/p>\n<p>An attorney for the former Vice President Pence <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/report-classified-documents-found-at-former-vp-mike-pences-home-in-indiana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">found<\/a> Nearly a dozen documents were marked classified at his house last week. These documents were later turned over to the FBI.<\/p>\n<p>Pence directed his team to search his home in Indiana and office at his political advocacy group, Advancing American Freedom (AAF), following revelations that classified documents had been discovered in President Joe Biden\u2019s former personal office at the Penn Biden Center, a Washington think tank affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania, and at his Delaware home. No classified papers turned up in the search of Pence\u2019s offices at AAF, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/vice-president-mike-pence-discovered-classified-documents-indiana-home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear what sensitivity level the documents found at Pence\u2019s home were marked as, or what information was contained within them.<\/p>\n<p>Trump is under investigation by Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith for boxes of documents marked classified and recovered by the FBI in an August 2022 raid on Trump\u2019s Florida residence at Mar-a-Lago. Biden&#8217;s handling of classified documents is also under investigation by the special counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Robert Hur as his attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/meet-robert-hur-special-counsel-investigating-bidens-handling-of-classified-docs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">serve<\/a> as special counsel and take over the DOJ\u2019s investigation into Biden earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s personal attorneys first found classified documents at the Penn Biden Center in early November, days before the 2022 midterm elections. Biden\u2019s team found more documents stored in the garage of the president\u2019s home in Wilmington in December. Further searches of the house revealed additional classified documents on at least three occasions.<\/p>\n<p>The latest discovery of sensitive materials at Biden\u2019s home came on Friday after the FBI conducted an official search of the residence. Biden\u2019s personal attorney, Bob Bauer, announced the findings of the search.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President\u2019s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President.
