The other two boxes contained copies from vice presidential papers. Following standard procedure, the National Archives informed FBI.<\/p>\n<p>Greg Jacob, the Pence attorney, wrote January 18 to Acting Secretary Kate Dillon McClure from the White House Liaison Section National Archives and Record Administration informing her of the documents &#8220;containing classified markings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to the Pence team, the documents with classified markings had been discovered and were immediately placed in a safe.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI collected the documents at Pence&#8217;s Carmel, Indiana home on Thursday, January 19.
