This was revealed in an <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.netflix.com\/jobs\/254806804\">online job posting for a flight attendant<\/a> to work the company\u2019s Gulfstream\u00a0G550 aircraft.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>This job posting has gone viral. \u201cflexibility to work a varied work schedule including domestic and international travel, often requiring weekend and holiday work days and extended travel periods.\u201d Netflix said salaries for such a position can range between\u00a0$60,000 to $385,000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">It remains unclear who uses Netflix\u2019s private jet. Although corporate jets are usually reserved for high-ranking executives, the streamer is known to have relationships with many Hollywood stars who appear in its movies and TV shows.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Netflix has placed climate change activism at center of its corporate mission.<\/p>\n<p>The streamer revealed its plans to launch in 2021. \u201cachieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by the end of 2022, and every year thereafter.\u201d<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p class=\"a8d-pre\">Reed Hastings is who<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2023\/01\/19\/netflix-co-ceo-reed-hastings-resigns-following-disastrous-2022-will-stay-on-as-executive-chairman\/\"> stepped down<\/a> As CEO, he preached the gospel about global warming during his commencement speech at Stanford University in 2022.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Hastings said he hoped graduates would focus on an area that he believes needs urgent attention \u2014 climate change.\u00a0\u201cThe looming crisis, it can feel overwhelming, but I\u2019m confident your generation will find a way to invent our way out of the greenhouse,\u201d He stated.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, co-CEO Ted Sarandos received the\u00a0Humanitarian of the Year honor from UCLA\u2019s Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. He reportedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/netflixs-ted-sarandos-dedicates-humanitarian-878416\/\">said<\/a> he didn\u2019t feel worthy of the award,\u00a0\u201cbut I hope in this acceptance speech, I can bring more attention to the people who do, the real environmental warriors \u2014 documentary filmmakers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Netflix\u2019s climate-change movies include the documentary <em>Youth v. Gov<\/em>, about a lawsuit brought by students against the\u00a0U.S. government, alleging leaders endangered their constitutional rights by refusing to act against climate change; the David Attenborough docuseries <em>Our Planet<\/em>The Adam.
