Biden is responding to states&#8217; attempts to discredit pharmacies from FDA certification.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Presidential Memorandum directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS), to consider new guidance to support patients, providers, and pharmacies who wish to legally access, prescribe, or provide mifepristone\u2014no matter where they live,\u201d The Fact Sheet.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Attorney General will collaborate with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Homeland Security \u201cto consider new actions to ensure that patients can access legal reproductive care, including medication abortion from a pharmacy, free from threats or violence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, President Joe Biden issued a statement to commemorate the 50th anniversary.\u00a0<em>Roe v.
